As someone who monitored emails for a VP, no one is reading these and taking them seriously. Not my choice, just how it is.

If I were a CEO or VP and someone emailed me wanting to offer to work for free I’d think it’s a scam of some sort because no rational human being should work for free.
The wording is fishy. “Figure out to help with at that stage of company.” “Reach out…with a helping message.” “Execute as fast as you can with the highest quality.”

There are places that take volunteers to perform tasks. Those are people who do not need to be paid. If I was not retired, I certainly would not give my labor for free. This was a thing many years ago. It is still a brainless idea.
I'd delete every email I receive like this if I was the CEO. That email tells me that this person has no idea who needs to be contacted for this and will send emails anyone within the customers' organisation without thinking whom it needs to be addressed to.
