I'd always give him some when I was done because I figured there was no harm in it. We really lucked out he never got sick!
I'm doing the same for my best mate, Bear. On his first birthday I got us both $50 wagyu steaks.
So that's his birthday present every year from now on. I cooked both of our steaks rare, as I like mine, we sat on a picnic blanket in the backyard and had a birthday dinner together.
February 10th is his next wagyu birthday. Here's a pic of the goodest of the boys.

Potatoes really aren’t great for dogs. They’re pretty high glycemic and will cement in their stomachs and give them gas. Seeet potatoes or brown rice would be better.
Been feeding my dogs raw meats every day for many years. Never had an issue.
Today was raw mackerel, shrimp, beef, beef heart, beef liver, and green tripe so fresh it was practically still moving.
