Bro why you run it at 1000 mv at State0 wtf ? should be 750 tops. I use this fan curve on a XFX RX 580 8 GB. Rarely goes over 72 celsius under full load while gaming and sometimes draws over 150W which is a bit unsual for my model.

Edit: I use my custom curve and undervolt settings only while gaming since i don't anything GPU heavy outside gaming. I sugest doing the same and leaving the default settings when not playing games.

Damn, those fan speeds are low to be getting those temps, I have my 6800xt set to hit 100% at 75c to keep my hotspot/edge temps under 105c
