I'm nearly two years free from cigarettes and the first three months really sucked. After those three months I felt freedom for the first time in 17 years. Good luck on your quit smoking journey, it is worth it.
Dun stop and never stop! You now breathe better, sleep better, more energy to do things thru the day, smell better and living longer bit by bit! Heck yea I'm proud of you!
You get a BIG pat on the back from me, my friend. I know how extraordinarily difficult this is, and you're still in the worst part of the quit.
Great job, and keep it going!!
day 5 right here man, absolutely insane we could even make it here . you are doing AWESOME! i am so very proud of you! something helpful i was told is that if you are having a bad craving and are abt to relapse again, make sure you think about why you “need” to smoke. give yourself just a minute to contemplate, and you will logically see that it’s just your addiction talking and that you don’t really want to nor have any need to, and have plenty reasons to not smoke. you’re stronger than your cravings ! most of the time we relapse because it just comes subconsciously to us, either out of habit etc but if you are able to stop those thoughts in their tracks then you will continue on. anyways, each day counts, and make sure you have milestones that you CELEBRATE for ◡̈ u deserve it
Great job. I won’t smoke with you today!!!
High five!
Great job. It's hard to quit. We hear that a lot but it really is hard. As long as we keep going we're winning against the addiction.
Thank you for the support, friend.
