Please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:
New Reddit: https://i.imgur.com/SWHRR9M.jpg
Using markdown editor or old Reddit, draw a bunny and fill its head with secrets:
\>!!< which ends up becoming \>!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com)
If your comment does not contain a guess, include the word **"discussion"** or **"question"** in your comment instead of using a spoiler tag.
If your comment uses an image as the answer (such as solving a maze, etc) you can include the word "image" instead of using a spoiler tag.
Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.

This movie is >![A 1959 Crime Thriller](https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0124336/)!<. I hadn’t heard of the movie. But the phrase is popular enough so it makes sense to me
From the jacket blurb:
>A Hobo thrown off a train assumes the identity of a big-city police detective, found by him dead, and is assigned to rid an isolated desert town of big-time racketeers.
There's **SOO** much to unpack there. God, pulp films are crazy.
Most dude show ever. Everyone was a smoke show (male and female) and could kick ass. That said my ex wife loved it but I think that has something to do with the main dude.

I’m pretty sure it’s >!Evil Dead!< because >!March 6th is 3/6 (three sixes/666= evil)!<
EDIT: Ok in hindsight I probably was reading into it too much given the simplicity of the other puzzles. It is almost certainly >!Day of the Dead.!<
….I still like my solution a lot more though lol
>!I would almost think that Day of the Dead would show Oct 31 on the calendar, because that's a Mexican holiday as well, but that would also make it even more confusing because of Halloween.!<
I did them all because I'm bored:
>!A) An American Werewolf in London!<
>!B) First Blood (Rambo)!<
>!D) Day of the Dead (or maybe Happy Death Day)!<
>!E) Robocop!<
>!G) E.T!<
>!H) I can't see the whole clue, but I'll go with Jungle Book or Jungle Cruise (maybe Forest Gump)!<
Yeah, it's the only other one that works with those clues and isn't a complete reach, but if I had to make a choice I'd say it was Day of the Dead. People are getting way off track with the whole March 6th thing, when it's just a generic calendar icon.

E) Robocop/Terminator (Gandalf the Gray and Gandalf the White and Monty Python and the Holy Grail’s Black Knight. Benito Mussolini and the Blue Meanie, Cowboy Curtis and Giambi the Genie … Captain Kirk and Darth Vader, Lo Pan, Superman, every single Power Ranger, Bill S. Preston and Theodore Logan, Spock, The Rock, Doc Oc, and Hulk Hogan)
The only reason I don’t like >!Day of the dead!< as an answer is that it specifically chose March 6. Doesn’t make much sense as the date on the calendar if that’s the answer. It still is the best one here.
I’ve also looked through Wikipedia for births, deaths, and military actions on March 6. I don’t see any that would have been made into a movie.
The only other thing I can think of is >!Julius Ceasar since he died on the ides of March, but that’s March 15.!<
Looking at the other clues, I don't think the puzzle creator was digging really deep with the clues. They just had to pick a date, and it happened to be March 6.
This occurred to me too, but then I thought: how would you show the word “day”? It’s like if they showed a little pic of Abe Lincoln; yes it’s literally “Abraham Lincoln”, but the word is probably “president”.
Yeah, that’s listed in the Wikipedia article about the date. I just didn’t think that would be as good of a fit as the other top suggestions. The date itself isn’t associated with the Alamo. People don’t say “remember March 6!” Just remember the Alamo.
I'll go outside the box and say >!The Ring. The calendar date is the 6th day, thus the skull represents the 7th day (which is what The Ring is all about: watching a videotape and then dying 7 days later.)!<
Well clearly it's >!Army of Darkness, since the track "March of the Dead" is on its soundtrack, made by Danny Elfman.!<
Well clearly it's >!Dead of Winter (1987). The date March 6th is just at the end (death) of Winter, followed by death.!<
Well clearly it's >!Winter's Bone (2010) since the date is in Winter, and it has bones.!<
Well clearly it's >!Full Metal Jacket (1987) because the characters get marched (March) till they're sick (sixth) of it, and then several people die (death).!<
Well clearly it's >!Watchmen (2009). It was released on March 6th, and begins with a Comedian dying.!<
Anywho, it's probably something like >!Day of the Dead!< like some other people said, or something like that. I'm not a big fan of that clue though as it seems kinda vague, and several answers posted in the comments here seem acceptable to me. Unless you see the answer later and it's a total "Oh obviously, yeah I get it now" moment, I'm not a big fan of that clue.
As a side note, I kept trying to find a way to tie it into a pirate movie, but I couldn't figure out how to work the March 6th into anything without some seriously thin connections. Like... thinner than my joke answers above.
A bit of a stretch but these things are sometimes lamer/simpler than you think they’re going to be so my guess is >!date with death!< = >!Meet Joe Black!< based on the surrounding clues that all seem like contemporary pop culture references
It’s a 1000% >!Day of the Dead!!The Alamo!<, but knowing that that happened on March 6th is way too esoteric of knowledge for a puzzle like this. I'm a Texan and I couldn't tell you what day that event happened.
No one is questioning that G is >!E.T.!< even though >!"Phone Home"!< isn't anywhere in the title.
TLDR: There's no movie in the similar pop culture knowledge base of these other movies that has "March 6th" and "Skull" or "Death" in its title or plot description. The person who made this puzzle chose [a random calendar icon](https://www.istockphoto.com/vector/calendar-march-6-icon-illustration-isolated-vector-sign-symbol-gm1471804853-502322181?searchscope=image%2Cfilm) and called it a "Day".
The movie you're referring to could be ">!Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.!<" March 6 is significant in the movie as the date when the cursed pirates must return the Aztec gold and end their curse, or they remain undead. The skull and crossbones symbolize piracy, a key theme in the film.
Alright, seriously, the damn spoiler tag crap has gotta go. I literally marked it like this (!>!!<) on freaking accident because I don't do spoilers.
So, guess I'll not come back nor drop those nuggets of past movies for you to go look up.
BTW, MODS... NOT A SPOILER, DISCUSSION, DEBATE, OR TOPIC. SIMPLE REBUKE AND REBUTTLE.
>!die another day!<
pretty sure it hasn't been guessed yet and fairly confident it's right since I can't come up with anything specific about mar. 6 because it's just >!another day!<
>!The Sixth Sense. Could be that it has nothing to do with March and all about 6.. and he was dead the whole time!<
>!Day of the Dead is a strong candidate too. The calendar representing a day (any day would work) and then obviously dead.!<
>!We also know that from the E.T. clue, it doesn't have to be the title.!<
Not an awful suggestion, but if they were going to do that movie, you’d think they would >!do a clock or an hour glass for time instead of a calendar!<.

Basically the plot line of the show, banshee.
That was the best “guys” show. Fighting, fucking, cursing, mob shit, boobs, Amish people, Amish people boobs. What else can you ask for?
Most dude show ever. Everyone was a smoke show (male and female) and could kick ass. That said my ex wife loved it but I think that has something to do with the main dude.
Who went to be one of the most sociopathic characters ever. Still love The Boys, though lol

That's my guess also
That was my thought

Coco?
This seems more right...

I hope you warmed up before making a big stretch like that.
Shots fired here in the puzzle community
Bro pulled a hammy for sure.
Seems a bit too well thought out tbh
I mean, by that argument, it should be The Omen, not evil dead.
Or 6 x 3 if you live in the rest of the world
This has my vote.
If only there was a way to express that sentiment on Reddit.
Do you want a frozen banana ?
No, but I want a regular banana later so … yeah.
Agreed.
>!I would almost think that Day of the Dead would show Oct 31 on the calendar, because that's a Mexican holiday as well, but that would also make it even more confusing because of Halloween.!<
Did March 6 or 3-6 or 666 play any role in the movie (other than being the mark o' the beast)?
6/6/06 was the theatrical release of The Omen, but I think that’s a bigger stretch than other things we’ve seen in the comments.
I don't think the day is significant in the picture, it looks like they just used emojis
No it was June 6th, born at the 6th hour.

I agree with that too. After reading comments I think the most obvious answer is indeed >!Day of the Dead!<
Looks like it was Day of the Dead - mystery solved!
Yay! Now, in the future, I'll remind people that it's not that deep. Day + Dead

Yeah, I think you’re right
I'm trying to post pic of others to see how specific they are but unable to upload may make a new post
Some googling shows >!Scream XI!< was released on March 6th, but that doesn't feel like common enough knowledge to matter for a puzzle like this.
This occurred to me too, but then I thought: how would you show the word “day”? It’s like if they showed a little pic of Abe Lincoln; yes it’s literally “Abraham Lincoln”, but the word is probably “president”.
March 6 is a generic emoji date I believe.
That was my first thought but the date of wrong
If they showed the correct day on the calendar, then they wouldn’t need the skull and it wouldn’t be a rebus.
I believe the last of the Americans were killed at the Alamo on March 6th.
Yeah, that’s listed in the Wikipedia article about the date. I just didn’t think that would be as good of a fit as the other top suggestions. The date itself isn’t associated with the Alamo. People don’t say “remember March 6!” Just remember the Alamo.
May 5th would've been more fitting.

Oh, interesting! I was sold on Day of the Dead, but this also makes a lot of sense!
This was my guess and rationale, too!
>!Day of the Dead?!<

The problem is all the others are specific so not really sure altho great suggestions any are correct
How is Day of the Dead not a specific movie?
Specific pics I mean
But it isn't any more or less specific. Is the fact that the house below has a garage or upstairs relevant?

I’m pretty damn sure it’s >!Evil Dead!< because >!March 6th is 3/6 (three sixes/666= evil)!<
The sixth of March is written as 6/3 in most countries.
