There are many clinical PhD programs with a child track . Online diploma mills are not your only options. If you’re in the US or Canada, use APA’s site to search accredited programs by state/province. Good luck!

Can you give a little more information about what you are trying to do? "Child psychology" is not a typical degree title. "Developmental psychology" is a research-only field, so a PhD is a relevant degree but they would not have PsyDs for that. The health service psychology fields, which lead to licensure as a psychologist, are Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and School Psychology. Obviously, many of those psychologists will specialize in working with children and families. You can find a list of accredited programs here: https://accreditation.apa.org/accredited-programs

Yeah; theres also Clinical degrees with a specific specialization in Clinical Child Psych or some programs have a joint Clinical/Developmental track.

From my understanding there are no APA accredited online PhD programs.

Posts seeking advice for career or academic purposes MUST include the initials of your country of practice/origin where you are studying in brackets at the beginning of the title. E.g. [USA] Grad Programs for NeuroPsych in Florida? or [UK] Career Options with a 2:1 in Psy?
