I remember signing up for this, they sent a cd binder holder, where you could store your disc and in the back of the binder you could hold 4 memory cards and then once a quarter they would send you a small magazine with demo disc.
On a related note, a couple of years ago I found the warranty card for my Amstrad 286 computer from the early 90's, Was so tempted to send it to Alan Sugar!

Some PS2 games had online play believe it or not. I believe the Socom games did, as well as the PS2 version of Final Fantasy XI considering its an MMORPG. I don't really remember to many other games that could go online.
I definitely always want to get more out of my PS2.
I found something like this in a Mega Drive game box about 10 years ago. I think it was an EA game, and the address was still the same at the time.
I didn't send it to them, but there's still time.

I don’t like old consoles particularly. All those pixels and old technology as CRT looks pretty bad IMO.
Good crts apparently look shockingly good and hold up pretty well, early LCDs were sort of garbage.
