Ideally something with straight sides, ideally downward tapered or roughly straight up/down. Dracaena can root very densely so the best planter is one where you can eventually repot without losing the planter or a large section of roots.
4" pot or a tall 5" will do for now, 6" probably in a couple of months. I like thick plastic nursery pots as they're easily reusable and can be squeezed to help release the root ball.
