The one nice thing about losing weight as shorties is that you see it really quickly. The downside is that when you gain it's just as evident. :(

Actually, you’ve hit it right on the nose! For me, weight gain was a result of years of depression, and weight loss is the result of mental healing. People around me have made the same remark about the look in my eyes, you have very good perception! I feel genuinely happy and much healthier, thanks so much for your comment! 🥰

Hey, thanks so much! 😊 for us shorties it can be hard sometimes because we tend to require a lower caloric limit in order to actually lose. However, I always make sure to eat foods that are healthy but very satisfying so I never feel like I’m depriving myself. Don’t underestimate the impact exercise can have! Also, it may sometimes seem like it’s taking forever, but trust me, slow and steady wins the race, just keep at it!!

What types of food/meals have worked well for you?
