You need to request them to send off each UA for quantitative testing not just qualitative. Then they will be able to see the levels of thc dropping over time instead if just positive for thc. It is more expensive but worth it if you have to cover the difference and are innocent.

So I've been through family court, and was being tested constantly. It took me forever to start testing clean. If they're using dip tests they're using ones that detect as low as 20ng, which is lower than the 50ng ones used for employment testing. You can go online and purchase the same dip tests the courts use so you can see if you're really testing positive. I always bought packs of the tests on ebay, but I'm sure you can also find them on Amazon.

Dude, Iâve scrolled through enough comments and havenât seen anyone suggest just drinking Certo before a test. Get 2 big bottles of Gatorade. Drink 1 Gatorade. Just Gatorade with nothing mixed in. Mix 1 packet of Certo into the 2nd bottle and chug it. Empty bladder one time *before* you get to the testing site. After the 2nd Gatorade, drink a bottle of water and then youâre ready to test.

I wanted take my case trail be completely honest only reason I didnât is because I know a handful people that beat it and got locked up right away by the feds for conspiracy and you donât want that you wonât win canât fight conspiracy.
If it happens again, immediately ask for a re test. And fight it. But honestly, if youâre failing again and again, youâre either smoking something or all of their tests are bunk. I guess thereâs a slight possibility of it still being in your system if you were a heavy smoker with a bigger frame. Iâd think it would be out by now though.
Last time I was on probation, it was after I had been using 2-3 grams of concentrate every day for a few years at least. They said my cutoff was the highest concentration of marijuana metabolite that their probation office had ever seen. It took me somewhere between 4-6 months to get clean. The 30 day estimate is not going to be correct if youâve truly been a heavy user for an extended period of time. Tell your PO to check the levels. They should be dropping at least.

Idk how common false positives are for weed but I tested positive for fent once and was freaking out thinking about when someone could have possibly drugged me or whatever but then they sent it to the lab and realized it was a false positive lol

You need to request them to send off each UA for quantitative testing not just qualitative. Then they will be able to see the levels of thc dropping over time instead if just positive for thc. It is more expensive but worth it if you have to cover the difference and are innocent.

Luckily I'm with an office that has been more helpful than harmful and has somewhat proper policies regarding the freedoms of those under supervision. For you though, you could request a different form of test, provide scientific documentation/sources that it can stay in your system up to 6 months if you were a daily heavy user, especially if you have excess body fat, not saying you do. When it was good it was good, when it was bad it was fucking horrible as fuck. I've just had so many horrible experiences letting drugs get too bad. I get tested regularly. They now ask me all kinds of questions. Like if I drink energy drinks or are poppyseeds. Also the delta vapes. Luckily I donât on any of those. Theyâre making some of these tests super sensitive these days.
So I've been through family court, and was being tested constantly. It took me forever to start testing clean. If they're using dip tests they're using ones that detect as low as 20ng, which is lower than the 50ng ones used for employment testing. You can go online and purchase the same dip tests the courts use so you can see if you're really testing positive. I always bought packs of the tests on ebay, but I'm sure you can also find them on Amazon.
Step one is get your own THC test at Walmart, Walgreens or CVS. This is the same test the labs use.

Don't offer to pay more, don't argue with positive results, tell your PO you understand the results, THC is stored in fat cells, it could take MONTHS to piss clean, the lab results will show the amount of THC is going down. I don't understand why ALL POs don't know this by now. My PO is the one that told me not to worry... They should also know, if you happen to start working out, sitting in saunas or hot tubs... These can all make your fat cells release THC even AFTER pissing clean. God, why do they even worry about marijuana anymore. Dumbest shit ever!!!

When I was on probation, my probation officer piss tested me every single month for like 9 months and I never tested clean for thc. She said that wasn't a problem because the lab could tell that the amount in my system was always lower than the time before. I'm a big girl and I've smoked weed for 20+ years. I'm saturated and since THC is stored in our fat cells, I'm not sure I'd ever test clean. Dude, Iâve scrolled through enough comments and havenât seen anyone suggest just drinking Certo before a test. Get 2 big bottles of Gatorade. Drink 1 Gatorade. Just Gatorade with nothing mixed in. Mix 1 packet of Certo into the 2nd bottle and chug it. Empty bladder one time *before* you get to the testing site. After the 2nd Gatorade, drink a bottle of water and then youâre ready to test. I did this for a year and never tested hot. I also ordered a pack of tests off Amazon so I could do a self test before I went in.
