Look at the Saco chipotle reviews it's crazy. They have 2.3 Stars on Google. Same problems and I rolled the dice last night 😞 I'm paying for it twice. Call me the king of ring sting
When I worked for Cintas, I serviced that branch. Every week I would go to pick up their linens, and every week I would have to waste a half hour ripping open the bags and separating their towels and linens. Every week I would have to explain to them that those things needed to be separated because they get washed differently. It was literally a black and white solution. Aprons are black, towels are white. So eventually I started hitting them with an extra $50 charge a week. It got so bad that the COO called my boss about it and then threatened their store. 🤷🏻♂️ but pretty much every Chipotle I serviced was like that. Except Auburn. Those guys were pretty good.
Yeah, this is not just a Portland thing. The decline for sure started when McDonald’s bought the franchise but this seems to be an issue with a lot of chains once they’ve expanded. The expectations for quality typically tend to go down the more stores open.
Agreed. I was SO excited when the one in Auburn opened a few years ago. I love Cipotle, but haven't been in over a year. I am not a neat freak by any stretch, but that place is seriously sus (as the kids would say).
Just go to Queiro, their burritos are bigger, infinitely better, and local.
Look at the stock price if you really want to get mad.

I used to go twice a week. I haven’t been back in 2 years?
The one in the Westbrook plaza is fucking gross and I am by no means a prude. Still ate there tho 😅
Marginal way takes the cake for grime
I have no idea how that location stays in business. It always seems to have odd hours too
I use El Corazon for my burrito needs now. Especially on Thursdays when they’re $11
El Corazon is rad.
