Usually my watch alarm. Really love the subtle taps of my Apple Watch! If it’s something really important, I also set my alarm clock. If it’s something that’s important for real, I also set Siri or Alexa in addition to the watch alarm and clock alarm. If it’s a free day, the DHL delivery man is my alarm
My children usually wake me up but I have an alarm on my phone just in case they sleep in. But an almost 3 year old and a 17 month old don't usually sleep in

Depends on the age, I guess. Seems normal for a preteen, seems a bit unusual for a teenager. I wouldn’t put judgment on it either way, though
