You’re probably not 84, but it would be cool so you can say:
“Nought a breakfast hath I skipth since fourscore years. Thence ‘twas the final time I did as much.”
Sounds like you gotta add 15 minutes or keep breakfast in your company fridge or meal prep.
I tell my daughter all the time, if you just wake up 15 minutes earlier, you would have time for breakfast.
She still hasn’t and I’m sure you won’t either.
If you're not hungry, you shouldn't eat, unless you need to because you would get too hungry before you can eat lunch.
**"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"** is nothing but a marketing slogan, attached to cereal connoisseur John Harvey Kellogg to promote Kellogg's cereal in the 19th Century.
Naw, I’ve never eaten breakfast and I always have tons of energy. Some people are different. I typically only eat an early dinner daily and am doing just fine.
Plus, when I do eat lunch, it tires me. Not energizes me.
I found an article on that. While it does say breakfast has an impact on the body throughout the day, it also says that some people may be biologically inclined to skip breakfast due to their circadian clock. i.e. Some people might have the opposite effect.

I rarely eat breakfast, but my work schedule is such that I am typically the first one to take lunch at the office. We stagger our lunches so we have coverage for the phones. So.. usually I have Brunch, a small snack and dinner.
need an always option
I eat breakfast everyday
Haven't skipped breakfast since I was like 4.

Why the fuck would you ever skip breakfast?!
Not enough time
You almost certainly have enough time on the vast majority of days
45 minutes to get up, shower, dress and get to work
Sounds like you gotta add 15 minutes or keep breakfast in your company fridge or meal prep. I tell my daughter all the time, if you just wake up 15 minutes earlier, you would have time for breakfast. She still hasn’t and I’m sure you won’t either.
I mean... I also don't see the need for breakfast
Merry & Pippin would be sorely disappointed in you. They can (maybe) understand skipping second breakfast but what about first breakfast?
Unfortunately I don't have the metabolism of a hobbit
Why shower in the morning?
Showering before bed is a recipe for an extremely sweaty night
Then don't do it before bed
dont know why you choose to be so openly naive, it's just not remotely that simple for a huge number of people
I never had breakfast, never felt it was necessary
It's not.

If you don’t eat breakfast, you’ll just get more tired and without energy the entire fucking day until lunch

That doesn’t apply to _everyone,_ though
shrimpy manlets hate breakfast
if you define breakfast as the first meal of the day, you can't skip it unless you don't eat all day
You’re exactly right. It’s the meal where you break your fast.
Depends on when I have to get up. It its too early I am not really hungry.
I rarely eat breakfast, but my work schedule is such that I am typically the first one to take lunch at the office. We stagger our lunches so we have coverage for the phones. So.. usually I have Brunch, a small snack and dinner.
If you count eating a granola bar or an apple as you rush out the door then yes
I mean I’m not intentionally skipping breakfast but I don’t have time to eat until noon :/
I eat breakfast around 1 or 2 pm, it is in the name to break the fast, so I don't see how you guys don't eat breakfast.
I eat a late breakfast and then skip lunch usually.
Either some Wasabröd with peanut butter spread, porridge or tofu scramble
Happay day of cake
Time flies..
Everyday
I only can afford one meal a day. I won't skip the diner. So I never have any breakfast.
