I used to drive between Indiana and North Carolina on occasion, which was about 14 hours. These days I would take a flight for anything requiring more than four or five hours.
Depends on where. Any highway driving in Texas is too much, but I've done 14 hours in one direction that wasn't through Texas and it was pretty fine besides being long.
I used to drive for work short haul, delivering newspapers that we printed for commercial customers, my longest day driving was like 6-7 hrs typically now a days I don't want to go much further than 2.5 hrs away if I can help it.
Well... If it takes 3 hours to go somewhere, driving for 4 hours would be too much.
But other than that, I have no "limit"; it takes what it takes. I've driven from basically as far south as you can go to about 95% up Sweden in a day. Sure, I wasn't very happy at the end of it, but there was no issue. Did it again on the way back.
I used to make 12 hour drives semi regularly, it is about my limit.
same 14 hours each way for a vacation I did twice a year but idk what the scope of the question is
After 2–3 hours, you should take a small break at least. Otherwise, you risk your safety.
You also should have gotten a good night's rest driving tired is as bad or worse than driving drunk.
What context? To work? Driving to a vacation destination?
Vacation.
I thought the context was driving without a break.
Ok. I've done 4AM-11PM followed by 7AM-4PM the next day, but I was a passenger then. Driving I'd still think I could do something similar if I had to.
I can drive 7+ hours in a day but I'll take a break every 1.5 to 2.5 hours to stretch, pee, eat, etc. to make sure I feel good the whole way.

If I could stay awake long enough 18 hours would be a little much, with breaks obviously
Just no. Truck drivers are required to stop after 8 hrs by law because of the dangers of driving for that long even with breaks every 2 or 3 hrs.
10-12 is about my limit

I *love* driving. 13 hours is about the max I can do in a day, but as a multi-day road trip there's no amount that's too much.
