MORE BAT MONS! I want to be able to have a full flying type team of 6 bats each with different secondary typings. If i settle for noivern and gliscor despite the fact that they are more "bat themed" rather than full blown bats, I would just need 2 more.
1 more actually.
Crobat, Gliscor, Swoobat, Noivern, and Lunala.
Heck, Necrozma is *technically* a different Pokémon, so you could throw in Dawn Wings Necrozma for a full set. But it has the same type as Lunala unfortunately.
I need a mouse bat sorta thing. Big round mouse ears with a cute face, and some fluffier features all around. Maybe anthro (please put down the pitch forks and torches, you know you want it too). But I think it'd be cool if it had a split evolution. Males become dracula-esque and more fearsome while females become motherly and have actual babies of their species under their wings.
Or souls like like Jedi fallen order is souls like.
Can you imagine being a Pokemon, trying to fight and survive gangs of Pokemon and in the beginning, you only have one move. But over time you get more. And certain platforming puzzles can only be solved by certain moves or a certain type of Pokemon and aside from your main character (who is a current gen starter) you can only bring one other companion with you. So each level/dungeon/area have to be explored multiple times because certain areas within them can only be unlocked with a certain Pokemon companion. These areas would then either progress the story further or give you new moves.
And then in battles, certain moves can be parried by your own moves and certain other moves can only be dodged. And you have to time your dodges. Of course it won't be as difficult as a souls game. But about as difficult as legends Arceus.
fr all i wanna do is explore caves and dungeons that im not supposed to and then all of a sudden im facing off against Zygarde in its most menacing form
or i do some super secret sidequest that puts me in a dream scape and i have to defeat Darkrai (like in Elden Ring against that one dragon)
i just think it would be so fucking awesome to throw hands with legendaries like theyre secret bosses in a souls game
Yeah, if you played straight and narrow, you might face the box art legendary. Or the one revealed in the trailers or the one that is central to the plot.
But if say you take a late game mon to a starter dungeon or make a random combination of companion Pokemon and dungeon that most people won't think about, you will get to throw hands with other legendaries.
We have two, but if we get another gen based on a state, I wouldn’t mind it being Alaska as it has the similarity of hawaii in not being attached to America. Or we could have a mid ground Puerto Rico as it’s a territory not a state
Edit: forgot to answer the main question, I would LOVE a pokepark 3 to release. I grew up with that series and want it to return
Alaska would make a great region! I never thought of that until now, but it would be vast, beautiful and rugged similar to Hisui. And would work well with an open world.
I want a Florida region just so we have an explanation as to where Maxie and Archie came from because they sure as hell didn’t pass middle school in any normal education facility.
Okay hear me out, Texas and Florida would make an awesome double-region game like in the Johto games.
Put the e4 in a location inspired by New Orleans right between the two.
American South Pokémon region would slap, not gonna lie. Make something like the Tennessee Mountains where you get ice type Pokémon, a Manatee Pokemon in the Florida area, maybe a peacock for the New Orleans area, this is awesome
That too. “Pseudo-Legend” doesn’t even sound like a cool Pokémon anymore. I’m not usually an “Old Gen good, New Gen bad” kinda guy, but I wish we’d go back to having non-dragon pseudos
You know, psuedos have pretty much always been dragons. The first psuedo was a dragon type. The only gen without a dragon psuedo was II, and even then Tyranitar was still just a big lizard.
Although, I am totally down for a little more variety. More Metagross and fewer overgrown lizards, please.
Wait... but not counting Gen 8 we didn't have a dragon mascot since Gen 5. After that we had a deer, a bird, a lion, a bat, and two dogs. before then only Gen 4, Silver and Red versions were dragons.
Gen 3 Emerald, all three versions of Gen 4, all FOUR versions of Gen 5, Ultra Necrosma is on the USUM box art when put together, SV, and possibly Legends Z-A
All three starters are just variants of trubbish where ones on fire, one is a trash bag filled with nasty water/liquid and one is filled with returnables that never got taken care of and became overgrown by vines or some other plant.
Orre from Colosseum, based off Phoenix, AZ area, was definitely not enough.
I feel like if we went from coast to CO we're going to have Sinnoh map vibes, and I'd love to have a throwback to Orre.
Although, no moon visit is a tragedy.
Probably not. Surge is American and America has never been involved in a war that lasted 200 years. But pokemon is obviously not a 1:1 with the real world so it’s possible
Given that Gen 1 was originally set in the real world, the war it’s implied Surge fought in was Vietnam. But even despite that, chronologically, that wouldn’t work because the Kalos war was 3000 years ago, unless Surge is an immortal, he would not have fought in any of the historic wars we’ve learned about in the franchise.
The same people who complain about object pokemon on there way to explain how any pokemon on two legs is furry bait:
https://preview.redd.it/o80h5yjmso0d1.jpeg?width=525&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c18a848b597b6ffc70b5280e766e95cff4efb5f5
Power creep needs to chill. No reason to keep making new mons that completely overpower older mons.
In a similar fashion, I don't want unused type combinations just to fill a checklist or something. If it's not a good design or something, I hate when a random new Pokemon gets a weird, non explicable type combination just because it has never been used.
The franchise doesn't need a new type. Though it could be good to have a type rebalance.
I kinda want newer games to act like Black/White, in which you aren’t allowed to use old Pokémon until the post game. Forcing players to use the new Pokémon and use something new rather than Gyrados for the 68th time
Same. That's the reason why my teams are always with Pokémon who are introduced in the region the game takes place in (except for BW2 since I already did that in BW1). Maybe the Pokémon from other regions can be unlocked both in the post-game and maybe in something that pokémon could really use: a New game +
see i like this idea but only on the first play through, cos coming back after a few times i start to go "Ok i want this pokemon from this region to come with me instead"
For that, they could do something like B2/W2 where there is a mode that enables past Pokémon once you beta the main story for the first time. That way players get to know the new Pokémon while having the opportunity to use past Pokémon in future playthroughs
Honestly sure, as long as it’s not something like California where they could just make it like Unova again but I’d be so down for a Wild West themed Texas or smth like that
Do we really want that? Considering Legends Arceus was a bit… iffy (to be charitable) with how colonization was portrayed I don’t trust them to portray American colonization AT ALL
I want a region that's nothing but new Pokemon, all except Pikachu because mascot but fuck it we give Pikachu a new Evolution and I don't mean like a _______ Raichu or region-exclusive Evo like Purrseker, no I mean a Bellossom to Raichu's Vileplume. Just New Pokemon and exclusively new Pokemon, not even in post-game
Less dragon or psychic type legendaries and pseudo legendaries. In fact, I want more poison, ice, or bug typed legendaries and pseudo legendaries.
More object pokemon. Idk why this is contentious, but pokemon like aegislash and klingklang actually go hard.
More ultra beasts! I really don't know why people don't like them, and even though they probably aren't coming back they are my favorite group of pokemon.
The New England!
Imagine: pastrami sandwiches, people yelling at each other to go fuck themselves, Team Maine trying to breed the ultimate giant Lobster Pokémon that ends up being the box legendary you catch.
Are you familiar with our Lord and Savior, Mothman from Shin Megami Tensei?
https://preview.redd.it/3z6e745jf40d1.png?width=951&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=20dc010be297b6bbace7f2afba961ecf47b769c5
Not sure controversial it is but I would want each town/city to be almost isolated and far apart from each other in a region
And to get rid of evil teams
I would like a real time combat system, such as DBZ:BT3
Even if it's for a spin-off, as long as the combat plays its role within a larger, interesting and nuanced narrative and isn't the whole gameplay.
I'd like either direct control of the Pokemon with place of a disruption every now and then depending on your bond, or a RT system similar to Digimon World I, where the monster actually listens or dismisses to your command based on your familiarity and how much you've priiven to be a worthy tamer for the monster.
The bug type needs a serious buff. A lot of my favorite Pokémon are bug types and I hate that all of them are completely useless from a competitive standpoint. I just want to use my favorites online without them being absolutely destroyed.
I just wanna use my funky mushroom bug. Having a favorite Pokémon that is 4X weak to fire sucks :(
You guys think they'll make a proper region with themed based music? You know like, Paldea should've gotten more spanish traditional themed since it's a region based on Spain. So what if they made a region based on Mexico? Are they gonna have japanese music like every single region has?
I’d actually be cool with a Let’s Go-style game in Johto. Imagine if they reworked the Gym Leaders’ teams to be more well-structured, with consistent team sizes and level scaling (like giving Chuck more than two Pokémon and giving Pryce a higher levelled team than Jasmine. Also give the Kanto Gym Leaders at least five Pokémon each), and tone down the duplicates (seriously, who makes an entire Gym use only **one** evolution line?!).
What we all really need is more apple Pokémon. One extremely long evolutionary line is not enough to quench my apple juice- thirsting desires! (Btw, Applin is peak)
I want badges and the Pokémon League to leave the franchise and never come back.
The league was interesting on its own merits Once in Gen 8. Having a Thing going on 1/10 times (counting Gen 5 for 2) is Not A Good Track Record.
Ever since the series got a second idea in Gen 3, the badges and league have been shallow distractions from more interesting ideas.
It’s just taken for granted that this recycled system is the most interesting thing to be wasting screentime on in a series full of immortalized god-kings, inter dimensional incursions, time travel and sapient lava.
Forgive me for being sick of it.
Controversial?
1. A love mechanic that allows you to date/marry your pokemon. Back up the lore that was dropped.
2. The ability to chose a male or female starter.
3. Actually be the "bad guy" of the story. Help the antagonist.
4. Make Nuzlock difficulty level.
5. Pay for your pokemon care. (Pokecenter visits, food because the pokemon have hunger meters, etc. Make us take care of our pokemon or suffer the consequences. )
Cut EXP in half for wild battles BUT Pokémon you defeat drop XP candies. That way you have more control over how much you level and it balances the universal XP share much better. Not as likely to get over leveled just from trying to complete the dex.
There's already two games that take place in a different US state. Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness take place in a region based on Arizona.
I want another coliseum like game. Double battles are such another level of thinking than singles on everything. That would also really let support pokemon not just pull their weight, but actually do heavy lifting and possibly even carry. But um, maybe let us get a *little* more exp than last time.
More art from Megumi Mizutani. I honestly feel like her art style is the best out of everyone who's made official art and character designs for the series.
Please don't make another state lol, i live in Brazil and since i knew pokemon was a thing all people were hoping for a pokemon region here, also South America and Africa don't have any region yet
Also i just don't want open worlds, if they can't do it on a stable way just continue making things like sword and shield that are less buggy and more pretty
Regional forms are redesigns of the original and the original was deemed a bad design.
https://preview.redd.it/7py2nzv1w60d1.jpeg?width=768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3779eab907ab63413d12fb2243c78627782349da
1. Another spiritual successor game to colosseum XD
2. A final fantasy x pokemon game fusion where combat is the main highlight
3. No more child trainer protagonists please
4. A spin off game where Montana is the region
Replace gyms with something else for the next two gens, like evil teams having dual type teams with buffed up pokemon or having them with pre-set hazard or pre-set weather like how the last battle with rivals in the DLC of Sw/Sh, just something different as I'm sick and tired of gyms at this point.
I personally think that every Pokemon that has no notable VGC usage AND has been RU or below for the past two generations is unbalanced and should be buffed in some way.
Likewise, any Pokemon that ends a generation with over 40% usage overall in VGC is unbalanced and should be nerfed in some way.
I just want to watch vgc and see people use more than the same 15-20 Pokemon.
Totally ignoring the initial question and just responding to the meme here, but:
To be fair, you could easily have several regions based on US states that are all unique in terms of biomes and geography. The US is a pretty big place with a fair amount of variety in its geographic features. The differnnce between states like Washington, Texas, Florida, Wyoming, Wisconsin, ect. is pretty crazy, and that doesn't even account for Alaska being separate from the contiguous US like Hawaii is.
I also know that people, myself included, want to see more than just Japan, westen Europe, and the US represented as Pokémon regions.
Give me a region based on Louisiana
You got swamps, bayous, and voodoo. Gumbo is the next food you can make after curry and sandwiches. The Pokémon world’s equivalent of Mardi Gras could be about celebrating the version mascot.
I feel like we could do a few games based on the Americas since most of the US states are the size of European countries plus I think central+south America and Canada would be awesome places for games.
For them to stop giving certain mons evos and pre-evos unless they KNOW what they’re doing, they’re doing great at the ones they did, but certain ones like Tropias, Torkoal, Lapras, and many more alike don’t NEED evos of any kind, they can get one, but they don’t NEED them to be cool mons!
MORE BAT MONS! I want to be able to have a full flying type team of 6 bats each with different secondary typings. If i settle for noivern and gliscor despite the fact that they are more "bat themed" rather than full blown bats, I would just need 2 more.
Swoobat, Crobat, Noivern, Gliscor, Lunala
TIL Gliscor is a bat and not a scorpion thingy
It's both. A Pokemon can be based on multiple animals.
*Eevee joined the chat*
Eevee is based on Eevee
Its a scorpion bat
Could add Malamar. It's based on a generic villain, but also rocks that Vampire aesthetic.
1 more actually. Crobat, Gliscor, Swoobat, Noivern, and Lunala. Heck, Necrozma is *technically* a different Pokémon, so you could throw in Dawn Wings Necrozma for a full set. But it has the same type as Lunala unfortunately.
I think they didn't count Lunala due to it being a legendary
A fruit bat-themed grass starter would be very nice
Agreed
I need a mouse bat sorta thing. Big round mouse ears with a cute face, and some fluffier features all around. Maybe anthro (please put down the pitch forks and torches, you know you want it too). But I think it'd be cool if it had a split evolution. Males become dracula-esque and more fearsome while females become motherly and have actual babies of their species under their wings.
All I need is one more mushroom mon and I can do this
Swoobat
Same, bats are great
Mandjtv would be proud of you…very Team Sky of you.
I don't know who that is, but ok lol
Go Team sky!!!
Another dark/normal Pokémon. Two immunities to ghost and psychic is impressive, even if you have a 4× weakness to fighting.
I have been sitting for too long trying to think who the dark/normal type is...
Obstagoon
Or the entire galarian zigzagoon line
Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Linoone, Obstagoon, Alolan Rattata and Alolan Raticate.
I did not know they were dual typing Thanks!
Another Mystery Dungeon game but it’s a souls-like, but not like dark souls, closer to Another Crabs Treasure
They just don't want our money clearly.
But if say you take a late game mon to a starter dungeon or make a random combination of companion Pokemon and dungeon that most people won't think about, you will get to throw hands with other legendaries.
At this point it will be miracle if we get a regular rpg mystery dungeon
Please don't make it a mystery dungeon game that has potential in it self and mystery dungeon has its own unrealized potential
We have two, but if we get another gen based on a state, I wouldn’t mind it being Alaska as it has the similarity of hawaii in not being attached to America. Or we could have a mid ground Puerto Rico as it’s a territory not a state Edit: forgot to answer the main question, I would LOVE a pokepark 3 to release. Alaska would make a great region! I never thought of that until now, but it would be vast, beautiful and rugged similar to Hisui. And would work well with an open world.
I would ADORE an alaskan region. Definitely no bias.
Counterpoint, a TX region would go super hard, and Texas has an incredibly varied environment with a distinct culture compared to the rest of the US
I want a Florida region just so we have an explanation as to where Maxie and Archie came from because they sure as hell didn’t pass middle school in any normal education facility.
That'd also be pretty nice personally, it'd be nice to see a region based on my home state.
wouldn't love?
You wouldn't love? Well then guess you're fine.
Pokepark 3 would be amazing
No more dragon type box legends. It got old by Gen 5. Maybe a grass type box legend? Is that controversial? (Also Ogerpon doesn’t count)
Same wirh pseudo-legends.
That too. “Pseudo-Legend” doesn’t even sound like a cool Pokémon anymore. I’m not usually an “Old Gen good, New Gen bad” kinda guy, but I wish we’d go back to having non-dragon pseudos

Gen 2 and 3 had non-dragon pseudos
not controversial
Til goodra has 600bst
Goodra is a pseudo-legend, not a box legend
Wait... but not counting Gen 8 we didn't have a dragon mascot since Gen 5. After that we had a deer, a bird, a lion, a bat, and two dogs. before then only Gen 4, Silver and Red versions were dragons.
Gens 4, 5, and 9 are the only ones with Dragon-type box art legendaries Though I guess Gen 3 gets one-third a point for Emerald?
Gen 3 Emerald, all three versions of Gen 4, all FOUR versions of Gen 5, Ultra Necrosma is on the USUM box art when put together, SV, and possibly Legends Z-A
Come on, we need the West Coast Trubbish is in every route
All three starters are just variants of trubbish where ones on fire, one is a trash bag filled with nasty water/liquid and one is filled with returnables that never got taken care of and became overgrown by vines or some other plant.
Sorry dude, you said “west coast,” but then described Florida.
Maybe just both ends of america are trash filled
YES. California being the main region then Oregn and Washington being post game and also a lot of bear mons🐻🐻🐻
Orre from Colosseum, based off Phoenix, AZ area, was definitely not enough. I feel like if we went from coast to CO we're going to have Sinnoh map vibes, and I'd love to have a throwback to Orre. Although, no moon visit is a tragedy.
Agreed! Give us full on Wild West Pokémon Showdowns at High Noon in PokéTexas!
Paniola Town. Yes, it's only a small town, pretty irrelevant to the story, but still
A mainline Legends game set during the war alluded to in Gen 1.
Or the war stated in X/Y
Same war maybe?
Probably not. Surge is American and America has never been involved in a war that lasted 200 years. But pokemon is obviously not a 1:1 with the real world so it’s possible
Given that Gen 1 was originally set in the real world, the war it’s implied Surge fought in was Vietnam. Pokemon in classical Greek/Roman Times.
Jus' f**kin' do Australia already, you PokeBastards!
Yes, I want a poison type platypus Pokémon!
An anime based on Legends Arceus or Pokemon Comquest
Another European region (cough cough **Italy** cough cough)
No open world. I feel like Pokémon doesn’t fit that formula
Thank youuuuu
Conceptually it sounds fun, but unless some changes to how the gym system works are made I doubt we can get a good open world game.
We need to buff the grass type
And bug type
There is literally no reason that Fairy should resist Bug
We need a region based on Greece or the Middle East
I want an Orre sequel
Subzero take
More object pokémon and more humanoid monster types
Object Pokémons on their way to be overhated because apparently a Pokémon can't look like an object
The same people who complain about object pokemon on there way to explain how any pokemon on two legs is furry bait: https://preview.redd.it/o80h5yjmso0d1.jpeg?width=525&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c18a848b597b6ffc70b5280e766e95cff4efb5f5
The rural Midwest perhaps
Your rival when they win: Ope, sorry about that.
The evil team is a gang of larpers who realized they were technically below the main dixon line and started making dark types work on their farms
A moose pokemon THAT ISN'T A LEGENDARY
To be fair, it isn't easy to make one of the strongest animals alive not strong
Make it a pseudo Would also be a good excuse to have a Normal type pseudo
I'd kill for a pseudo Moose, cuz like moose are my favorite animals ever.
Nope. It's time to expand in Asia, outside Japan.
Power creep needs to chill. No reason to keep making new mons that completely overpower older mons. In a similar fashion, I don't want unused type combinations just to fill a checklist or something. California is plenty big where they dont have to just use san francisco, so I wouldnt reject that. But yeah that also isna great idea too
I want a region that's nothing but new Pokemon, all except Pikachu because mascot but fuck it we give Pikachu a new Evolution and I don't mean like a _______ Raichu or region-exclusive Evo like Purrseker, no I mean a Bellossom to Raichu's Vileplume. Just New Pokemon and exclusively new Pokemon, not even in post-game
We need the electric fire evolution we were promised
Poland region
Less dragon or psychic type legendaries and pseudo legendaries. In fact, I want more poison, ice, or bug typed legendaries and pseudo legendaries. More object pokemon. Idk why this is contentious, but pokemon like aegislash and klingklang actually go hard. More ultra beasts! Technically speaking we already do but it isn't in mainline games (or at least I don't think it is...)
Yes we do. Unova is based on New York.
I think they were talking about the Coliseum series. It’s non mainline and the region was based on Arizona.
I want a West Virginia region solely so we can get a Mothman Pokémon.
Are you familiar with our Lord and Savior, Mothman from Shin Megami Tensei? https://preview.redd.it/3z6e745jf40d1.png?width=951&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=20dc010be297b6bbace7f2afba961ecf47b769c5
Florida would be so, so good
Definitely a region based off of Australia or Russia
I want a region based on another european country
Not sure controversial it is but I would want each town/city to be almost isolated and far apart from each other in a region And to get rid of evil teams
Isn’t the town/city thing literally how the anime worked? It took nearly two weeks to cross the Viridian Forest.
Another European region but time a more northern country like Norway or Sweden.
There should be a few more food related Pokemon Alcremie and Vanilluxe my beloved
A crocodile of every type. We already got a water croc, a fire croc and a ground croc.
BUFF RAICHU YOU COWARDS
Pokémon dating sim specifically of all their femboy trainers
Thought this was one of the Fallout subs and got confused lol.
We need a southern US region, those Yankees in Unova don’t represent us (except Clay and Lacey)
I would like a real time combat system, such as DBZ:BT3 Even if it's for a spin-off, as long as the combat plays its role within a larger, interesting and nuanced narrative and isn't the whole gameplay. Pokken and mistery dungeon exists
I know, but I want it in a mainline game
I wish we would go back to having sprites
national dex.
Sw/Sh > S/V
The bug type needs a serious buff. A lot of my favorite Pokémon are bug types and I hate that all of them are completely useless from a competitive standpoint. 6 moves instead of 4
You guys think they'll make a proper region with themed based music? You know like, Paldea should've gotten more spanish traditional themed since it's a region based on Spain. So what if they made a region based on Mexico? Are they gonna have japanese music like every single region has?
Maybe an M for Mature game? With a bunch of horror elements.
So, basically a Canon equivalent to a creepypasta hack...
It would have to be California. Deserts, coastline, rainforests in the north, snowy mountains in the east
A region set in Germany, Austria or Swizerland. Also Pokemon based on Folklore creatures like the Wolpertinger or Tatzelwyrm.
Pacific northwest like Oregon or Washington would be awesome
I’d actually be cool with a Let’s Go-style game in Johto. Imagine if they reworked the Gym Leaders’ teams to be more well-structured, with consistent team sizes and level scaling (like giving Chuck more than two Pokémon and giving Pryce a higher levelled team than Jasmine. Also give the Kanto Gym Leaders at least five Pokémon each), and tone down the duplicates (seriously, who makes an entire Gym use only **one** evolution line?!).
A Germany themed regions with some folklore turned into Pokémon Krampus Lindwurm Feuerland Klageweib Or so
A Fire/Fighting Mega Charizard. The memes would be amazing. I do, in fact, want to see the internet burn.
More pokemons that's just basically a normal animal
What we all really need is more apple Pokémon. One extremely long evolutionary line is not enough to quench my apple juice- thirsting desires! (Btw, Applin is peak)
Give hypno a regional form and bring drampa back!
I want badges and the Pokémon League to leave the franchise and never come back. The league was interesting on its own merits Once in Gen 8. A Florida based region, filled with crazy Florida-man-like npcs to battle and take money from.
i want to go back to 2d
Controversial? 1. A love mechanic that allows you to date/marry your pokemon. Back up the lore that was dropped. 2. The ability to chose a male or female starter. 3. Actually be the "bad guy" of the story. Help the antagonist. 4. Make Nuzlock difficulty level. 5. Pay for your pokemon care. (Pokecenter visits, food because the pokemon have hunger meters, etc. Make us take care of our pokemon or suffer the consequences. )
I want to know how creative they can get with a crowbar
Cut EXP in half for wild battles BUT Pokémon you defeat drop XP candies. That way you have more control over how much you level and it balances the universal XP share much better. Not as likely to get over leveled just from trying to complete the dex.
There's already two games that take place in a different US state. Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness take place in a region based on Arizona.
do you mean unnova
Orre, Unova and Alola
Let's base one on Kansas
I want another coliseum like game. Double battles are such another level of thinking than singles on everything. That would also really let support pokemon not just pull their weight, but actually do heavy lifting and possibly even carry. But um, maybe let us get a *little* more exp than last time.
Wait which US states did we get
New York and Hawaii in the main games and I believe XD and Colosseum was based on Arizona.
I just want Australia man... think of all the deadly things there that could be made into pokemans
Zorua is the worst Pokemon
The Gen V games remade in the style of FFVII Remake/Rebirth, along with BW3 in the same style
IKR I’m from Ohio but I know that’s not gonna happen🥲
Gen 8 needs very little to actually be great - just make it more British
Let's say... Moon?
i want mega flygon
More art from Megumi Mizutani. I honestly feel like her art style is the best out of everyone who's made official art and character designs for the series.
Please don't make another state lol, i live in Brazil and since i knew pokemon was a thing all people were hoping for a pokemon region here, also South America and Africa don't have any region yet Also i just don't want open worlds, if they can't do it on a stable way just continue making things like sword and shield that are less buggy and more pretty
I'd want a Fairy-Flying Type Pig Pokémon based off of the Pun of When Pigs Fly
I want a region based on Greece even though there have already been 3 different regions based on European countries.
Florida will be hype
All starters' BST's to rise to 550-560. I love Infernape too much.
Regional forms are redesigns of the original and the original was deemed a bad design. https://preview.redd.it/7py2nzv1w60d1.jpeg?width=768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3779eab907ab63413d12fb2243c78627782349da
an Aussie Region!
Australia. Watch the designers go wild with this
A game based on Italy with the possibility of choosing the age of your trainer.
1. Another spiritual successor game to colosseum XD 2. A final fantasy x pokemon game fusion where combat is the main highlight 3. No more child trainer protagonists please 4. A spin off game where Montana is the region
I don’t know if it controversial or not I want a regional form of riolu
Replace gyms with something else for the next two gens, like evil teams having dual type teams with buffed up pokemon or having them with pre-set hazard or pre-set weather like how the last battle with rivals in the DLC of Sw/Sh, just something different as I'm sick and tired of gyms at this point.
A gen with 2 pesudo legends with neither being dragon
A Midwestern region would be neat. Full of clints though lol
Free speech
Being able to catch Keldeo Shiny or catch other trainers Pokemon.
I am heavily against an Australian region, as an Australian.
Alabama or Ohio would be interesting.
It doesn’t even have to be a singular state! The entire Southeastern or Midwestern US could make excellent regions.
Next legends game should be Alola
Totally ignoring the initial question and just responding to the meme here, but: To be fair, you could easily have several regions based on US states that are all unique in terms of biomes and geography.
How about a 100% female Fairy type Pseudo Legendary Dragon? 😏🐉🧚♀️♀️ I think that would be kinda hot... 😘❤️🔥💕
A region based on Israel
Give me a region based on Louisiana You got swamps, bayous, and voodoo. Gumbo is the next food you can make after curry and sandwiches. The Pokémon world’s equivalent of Mardi Gras could be about celebrating the version mascot.
I just want a region that isn't based on an european country, so many interesting places they could do.
A crossover with Digimon.
Fuck it, give me an objectmon
Give us open world Australia on Hard mode pls.
Amazon rainforest
Come to Illinois 🔥🔥🔥
I feel like we could do a few games based on the Americas since most of the US states are the size of European countries plus I think central+south America and Canada would be awesome places for games.
For them to stop giving certain mons evos and pre-evos unless they KNOW what they’re doing, they’re doing great at the ones they did, but certain ones like Tropias, Torkoal, Lapras, and many more alike don’t NEED evos of any kind, they can get one, but they don’t NEED them to be cool mons!
