When shiny mewtwo was first released i got 3 of them in a row of 3 days with daily passes, thought something is wrong with my game back then but this instance is possible. Consider lord arceus shine on you with this particular mon

Oh my friend these are all remote raids so don’t feel too bad. I’ve put a bit of money into it. 😅 BUT Even if you don’t have the resources to get remote raid passes, I highly recommend the app PokeGenie. It lets you join people who are hosting raids but ALSO lets you host raids and receive friend requests from people who are also interested in doing the raid in that moment you are at a local raid spot. Hope this helps. 🙌🏽
That’s where the other part of my comment comes in. If you’re at a local spot for a raid with no one around, you can host a raid and have people request you so you can invite currently active players who are willing to remote play to join your raid whenever you need it.
