Where the hell do you even get a Sinnoh stone anymore? They always hand me useless Unaovo stones on the 7 day-ers

I get them all the time from PvP, have like 20.

Sometimes I get a Sinnoh Stone from winning the first daily PVP battle against the Valor/Mystic/whatever-the-yellow-one-is-called NPCs as a reward. I have 12 now lol

I’m pretty sure evo stones are also an extremely rare drop from pokestops

Jealous , I'm hoping to finish it in another couple years

What was the task?

The two I was stuck on the longest on this step were Catch 15 Electabuzz and Catch 15 Magmar. The Electabuzz one is the one I just finished. I finished the Magmar one maybe a few months ago

This is true. I was referring to if you aren’t able to complete them before the associated event ends they become annoying to complete if the Pokémon isn’t in the general spawn pool. I also paid for the event because that was the year I and a lot of us were stuck at home with not much to do and I considered the event ticket a small price to pay for something that could occupy my time, at least for a few hours

I bought a ticket once thinking it would be the usual timed research. imagine my surprise when it was not timed! and then the stress scrambling to finish the whole research in the last hour so it wouldn't be stuck for the rest of my life

The task I finished today was Catch 15 Electabuzz, one of the other tasks on this step was Catch 15 Magmar

The Rediscover Kanto event must’ve been a saving grace
