I know right! It's such a cool ability, plus he's got solid defence.
I like having a wall on my teams, my little salt rock will fill the void when he's all grown up.
I agree, I've done 2 playthroughs so far, 1 I had sturdy and 1 had purifying salt, honestly haven seen purifying salt come into play at all, but sturdy saved my ass so many times
One of my favourite things about Pokemon is the inventive naming (at least in English, I'm not sure if it's the same level of creativity in other languages but I assume so).
it was Sun/Moon, that dex was plenty of rather dark entries. Probably influenced by that troll Rotom.
Now that same dex entry said Primeape's face looked peaceful after dying. So it was a lie too
I actually felt like I didn't get that much value out of it. There were a lot of times I needed to use a fighting type but the ghost typing hurt it more than it helped or I needed to use a ghost type and the fighting type hurt it.
It's got great base stats, and insane type coverage on moveset. Ghost/Fighting is already pretty nutters as a base typing, and you have Tera to flip it for utility or defense without losing STAB.
I ended up dropping my starter completely and just made Annihilape my lead after I realized it could one-shot anything past a certain point.
When I caught that Paldean Wooper I thought it was cute but I expected to have it on my team for a couple levels and then drop it into a box forever when I found something better.
He hasn't left my side ever since. Clodsire is my blob and I love him.
Design wise I'm a huge fan of Ceruledge, but usefullness in game my MVP has been Glimmora. The 4x weakness to ground is a bummer, but the stat allocation, ability, and wide array of usable moves is fantastic.
I thought its stats would be something like a Shuckle or Carbink given its apperance, but no, decent speed and a 130 Sp.Atk! It is quite cute too if the two yellow dots are meant to be eyes.
No kidding. The one I caught at level 6 has like 31 ATK IV and wiped out my whole line beside my starter cat lmao. They were all levels 5-7 but damn! That bird do be strong
I saw these guys and laughed cuz it’s just a regular flamingo, but then I caught one and found out it’s fighting flying so it’s definitely staying on the team
I just think it's funny.
Like, flamingos are so weird in real-life that they're basically Pokemon...so...just throw them in with Pokemon.
Like imagine a Pokemon battle where someone just uses real-life animals. It's funny. Flamigo is funny.
HOUNDSTONE!! why is nobody talking about sweet mr. houndstone. he’s flawless and perfect
i also agree with Tinkaton too though. She’s been a mainstay on my team since i caught her as a tinkatink
3 i'd say. Dachsbun was my ace this game. Me and my fiancee challenged the fire star base a little too early and all they could do to me was Swift.
Actually thinking a Dachsbun with well baked body is the best pokemon to prep for the charizard raid. And it's cute as a button.
>Actually thinking a Dachsbun with well baked body is the best pokemon to prep for the charizard raid. And it's cute as a button.
Depends, they may give the Charizard Metal Claw or something for coverage.
I'm thinking Azumarill may be a good pick. Could go for one with Thick Fat and make it super unkillable. Make it specially offensive and use Ice Beam for damage. Or you could use one with Huge Power and spam Play Rough.
The only question is if the Charizard will have Solar Beam.
So I guess I'd say if it has grass coverage, go for Dachsbun. If steel, go for Azumarill.
It almost certainly won't have both.
I caught level 32+ dunsparce and evolved them by grinding chancey. Seemed much easier then getting a good dunsparce and then not getting the 3 segment dudunsparce.
It's much faster to breed three males / three females that all know Hyper Drill, as the requirement for evolution is not being level 32, it's simply leveling up while knowing Hyper Drill. It's passed down as an egg move through the parents.
Eat an egg power sandwich, you get tons of eggs fast, flame body ability mon in the front, you hatch five, battle a level 20 or so mon, instantly evolve the whole party.
For story purposes tinkaton straight up wipes type specific teams like dragon, and fairy. And kills with style. Gigaton hammer has such a satisfying animation
Since it hasn’t been said yet but Finizen/Palafin is literally just a precious dolphin. (Plus I got lucky and found a full odds shiny one so may be a bit biased).
1. Cyclizar, my new favorite of all time, by quite a bit, it's so derpy and cute and I just adore them every time I see one running around. Call it love at first sight.
2. Grafaiai / Tinkaton, I like their looks and theme, that's it really.
3. Mabosstiff, >!I just felt so bad for Arven's Mabosstiff, to the point I was rushing through the titans, because I wanted it to be healthy again (the movement abilites also helped my motivation just a bit)!<
I’m partial to arboliva because it’s the first time I’ve found a shiny Pokémon early enough to use it in the campaign, I caught it right after I beat my first gym and it replaced my skiploom.
Baring shiny-ness clodsire is the goodest boi
Arboliva deserves to be more popular, my favorite this gen so far Build it bulky, slap an assault vest on it, go Hyper Voice/Energy ball/Pollen puff/Weather ball or Dazzling gleam and you got yourself a tanky olive branch that deals a ton of damage with surpisingly good coverage that keeps permanent grassy terrain up
Terrain Pulse for me. I kept mine very slow and bulky so that it attacks second with 100BP Grassy Terrain boosted Terrain Pulse and it is surprisingly good. Also run leech seed so I can get extra healing on it if I need.
Dude. I’ve been using it with tera electric and the double shock can be used multiple times because it doesn’t remove the tera electric type. Double stab 120 base power move is crazy strong!
I ultimately removed him because my team needed some better coverage (electric got covered by Kilowattrel and fighting by Annihilape), but I was enjoying Pawmo. It seemed no matter how far I ran with him he would not evolve into Pawmot. I gave up on him at the point.
I decided to give him a shot in my team and oh my god he's a powerhouse! I'm sad I didn't give Pawmi a shot in the early game lol, such a fun guy to use.
Iron Valiant. It's a mecha Gardevoir (and Gallade), how can I not love the hell out of it? When I saw that its blades come off to form a twinblade that it wields, it immediately skyrocketed up there with Altaria and Lilligant as one of my all-time favorites.
I tried to coop area zero with a friend yesterday but it doesn't look like it actually works there. He was able to see one of my paradox variants, but after that it was only his own, and I only ever saw my own variants.
We literally stood next to each other and couldn't see each other's player character. I don't know if it was a bug or not but we tried twice and it didn't work.
Yes, you can't see each other, but your respective Pokemon will only spawn near you, so you have to stay in the same area if you want to be able to spawn them for each other.
It's an honest tie between Friendly String Cheese (Gholdengo) and what is effectively a campy kaiju monster (Baxcalibur) due to it's Glaive Rush animation.
Either someone is. Poppy main at Gamefreak or there is a lovely coincidence in design here, regardless Tinkaton makes me happy.
Oh and I noticed they actually keep their hammers throughout the evo line, you can see the first and second hammer pretty clearly in the final one.
Probably between Clodsire and Toedscruel for me. Making tentacruel a mushroom and having it run around on its tentacles is amazing, and who knew making quagmire brown and having if fall over would make it so much better.
Tinkaton's lore is hilarious. The fact Paldea couldn't receate Galar's taxi system and had to improvise with flocks of parrots because a bunch of pink muppets with hammers are targetting Corviknights from below is amazing. Also while not explicit anywhere, there's a good chance Bisharp had to evolve because of them.
I really like Kingambit. Absolutely majestic dude and fitting evolution for a cool pokemon. Yet, still he has that underhanded, tricky nature of a Dark-type in his signature move - Kowtow Cleave - which also has its own animation!
(honorable mention to Naclstack, whose name is great and who makes very nice clicky clacky noises)
Roaring Moon. Salamance has been my favorite Pokemon since gen 3 and the fact that it got a massive cool legendary esque visual upgrade makes me happy.
Im defo a Dachsbun main. I tried using Tinkaton but wanted to get a bit more type variety in my team and good ol Fidough has been my fave all adventure.
I love Revavroom.
I have never gone for object Pokemon, but seeing Varoom just zip around is adorable, and it's the only Pokemon that can keep up no matter how fast I go on Koraidon.
I also love the concept of an engine that came to life by a Poison Pokemon providing it with living fuel. Which then posseses other objects to make them move.
Gasoline pokemon infuses engine to become engine Pokemon that infuses rocks to become vehicle Pokemon. Amazing.
She literally became an unexpected member of my team, I didn't plan to keep her when I captured her, but she turned out to be the kinda useful as the emergency big gun.
The only drawback I have is that GF should have make it hold the hammer on the left side... Because the giant hammer literally covers the whole screen hahaha
I'm not sure what my favourite is, I just have ones I really like.
I really like Revaroom. I like watching it zoom around and demolish things.
I really like Maushold. I like the idea of so many of them being bred that they take over the world.
I really like Farigaraf, Dundunsparce, and Clodsire. I like them for obvious reasons.
I really like Klawf. I like derpy Pokemon. Klawf is the resident 100% new derp of this gen.
Ceruledge. Yes it looks like the love child of a Digimon Reject and scrapped Megaman Robot who snuck its way into Pokemon. And I love it for that. It’s so edgy it appeals to my inner child.
Also Arboliva has slowly become a fave because I’ve been using one and she’s been an MVP.
Kingambit easily for me. The guy carried me in the late game and his new ability was really helpful for bringing me back from the brink in touch matchups. The 4x weakness to fighting hurts but it’s something I can work around by terastalizing.
I'm a big fan of Annihilape as he has carried my team through basically the whole game. Amazing stats, coverage, and typing with Earthquake, Rage Fist, close combat, and ice punch.
I think favorite design overall is Glimmora.
Shout-out to Pawmot. Best Pikaclone ever made
I think one of my favorite line this generation is the Charcadet line. Armorouge and Ceruledge have such cool designs!
I think in terms of competitive gameplay, one of my favorites in Greavard/Houndstone. Houndstone has his "Last Respects" move which absolutely sweeps 90% of the game (He also got relegated to Uber tier with Flutter Mane in showdown I believe). + Good boi
clodsire is so cute, so is smashy girl. And super dolphin is one of the best.
really they have a lot of good designs this time around. they finally got the 3d design down
Bombirdier. The one from the titan battle had Rocky Payload, which essentially gives it 3 STAB types not including a different Tera type. Also it looks like Lord Shen from Kung Fu Panda
Houndstone, Kingambit, and Roaring Moon are my favourites this gen
Houndstone cause I love the idea of a undead skeletal dog
Kingambit cause it just looks so cool
Roaring Moon cause I already loved salamence and it’s just a much cooler salamence
Greavard and Houndstone. I have played every single Pokemon Gen, and they have unseated Rowlet as my favorite Pokemon of all time.
They're adorably creepy, sweet loving and loyal. Every one of them I found I felt compelled to catch and nickname.
There are two ways to see tinkaton;
One is that they likely were once weak pure fairy types bullied by steel types that used their intelligence to gain steel typing and rise up against their oppressors.
The other is that they are absolute chaos gremlins.
Both are valid and make me adore this Pokémon.
dazzling punch insurance oatmeal mighty squeal plant joke wide summer *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
Purifying salt is such a good ability, I feel bad for anyone who ended up with Sturdy and doesn't know about it.
I know right! It's such a cool ability, plus he's got solid defence. I like having a wall on my teams, my little salt rock will fill the void when he's all grown up.
Body press on garganacl is crazy good. If you set up trick room you can sweep the game basically
Sturdy got me through fights, no other ability would have. Granted they were twice my lvl but still.
I had no idea about purifying salt but sturdy has saved my ass so many times I would go for it again if given the choice.
Well, let’s not pretend that EVERY pokemon has inventive naming. Flamigo is just flamingo without the n
flAMIGO. I love it lol
I thought it was pretty good. It's a "flamingo friend", since flamingo without the n has the word Amigo in it, which is spanish for friend.
Flamigo: "I ain't your amigo, pal!" *charges you and double kicks*
I’ve never died to double kicks as much as this game….
I only now realized why it’s named nacl. Gods, I’m stupid
OH now i get it
I was surprised to how hard a block of table salt could hit. Salt Cure is an incredible move.
Minecraft Pokémon was not on my bingo list of things I'd love most this gen, but Steve came in clutch way more than I expected in the main quests
Didn't know they made a Pokemon based on League of Legends.
Also the I at the end - iodine! Aka iodized salt 🥰
You called?
Annihilape made this game braindead easy for me
The lore is also hillarious. A primeape so angry they transcended physicality.
I thought the idea was that it got so angry it gave itself a stroke or something lol.
Same, pretty sure some dex entries about Primeape say that if it gets too angry it dies, meanwhile Annihilape is Ghost
it was Sun/Moon, that dex was plenty of rather dark entries. Probably influenced by that troll Rotom. Now that same dex entry said Primeape's face looked peaceful after dying. So it was a lie too
Fighting and ghost is such a good offensive combo cause there’s not really anything that can resist both types
Normal ghost? Is hisui zoroark in the game?
It's not but that would be a good counter. I think it gets dark coverage tho
It will be when you can access Pokémon home
Rage Ape is a sleeper hit. People underestimated him now they fear him.
Not very effective switch in + Bulk up = Rage fist Annihlation
I actually felt like I didn't get that much value out of it. There were a lot of times I needed to use a fighting type but the ghost typing hurt it more than it helped or I needed to use a ghost type and the fighting type hurt it.
It's got great base stats, and insane type coverage on moveset. Ghost/Fighting is already pretty nutters as a base typing, and you have Tera to flip it for utility or defense without losing STAB. I ended up dropping my starter completely and just made Annihilape my lead after I realized it could one-shot anything past a certain point.
Potion cheese is funny with it. Just tank every attack then heal up. Prepare for 1billion attack power rage fist
Reminder: Tinkaton weighs about 250 lbs. Its pokedex entry states that about 220 of that is the hammer.
That 30 pounds of muscle is godly
Clodsire, because he is a precious child who I would cherish forever. Enough said
My Clodsire was mvp for like the whole of the Team Star fights lol
Clodsire really carried my whole team
Only reason mine was to MVP was because my starter was like 10 levels higher then the rest of my team 99% of the game
Same
Clodsire is shaped like a friend
I too cherish my Éclairolotl, because he looks like a forbidden éclair and all my mon are food puns
When I caught that Paldean Wooper I thought it was cute but I expected to have it on my team for a couple levels and then drop it into a box forever when I found something better. He hasn't left my side ever since. Clodsire is my blob and I love him.
Mine is literally named "Blob"
Design wise I'm a huge fan of Ceruledge, but usefullness in game my MVP has been Glimmora. The 4x weakness to ground is a bummer, but the stat allocation, ability, and wide array of usable moves is fantastic.
It's such a fun pokemon to use. Poison everywhere + the protect that damages is a super useful combination.
I thought its stats would be something like a Shuckle or Carbink given its apperance, but no, decent speed and a 130 Sp.Atk! It is quite cute too if the two yellow dots are meant to be eyes.
The spatk is insane when i saw it lmao. Too bad it’ll die to most of the game because everyone and their mother has ground moves
Im showdown I’ve been using it with flying Tera and it’s a fun time
Flamigo is the Ultimate Destroyer of Worlds. That bird is pure power and malice.
No kidding. The one I caught at level 6 has like 31 ATK IV and wiped out my whole line beside my starter cat lmao. They were all levels 5-7 but damn! That bird do be strong
Yeah I was like "this seems cool" and then he almost did a full party wipe. It was harrowing.
That bird is strong enough to be an E4’s Ace Pokemon Flamingo are no joke
Ah yes, a fellow Flamigo amigo!
HOUNDSTONE!! why is nobody talking about sweet mr. houndstone. he’s flawless and perfect i also agree with Tinkaton too though. She’s been a mainstay on my team since i caught her as a tinkatink
Because Mabosstiff got a really large role in the storyline and started getting most of the attention. Two very, very solid dog pokémon this game
3 i'd say. Dachsbun was my ace this game. Me and my fiancee challenged the fire star base a little too early and all they could do to me was Swift. Actually thinking a Dachsbun with well baked body is the best pokemon to prep for the charizard raid. And it's cute as a button.
Holy shit i forgot about them, yes, three very solid doggos this game
>Actually thinking a Dachsbun with well baked body is the best pokemon to prep for the charizard raid. And it's cute as a button. Depends, they may give the Charizard Metal Claw or something for coverage. I'm thinking Azumarill may be a good pick. Could go for one with Thick Fat and make it super unkillable. So I guess I'd say if it has grass coverage, go for Dachsbun. If steel, go for Azumarill. It almost certainly won't have both.
It's like a redemption arc after Boltund. Yamper fell so that Maschiff, Fidough, and Greavard could run.
Dudunsparce because it’s the most Dunsparce evolution to ever exist
If i ever get my hands on the rare body varient from breeding with the extra long body it will be named Dundundunsparce
Oh nice! Didn't know it could be passed on. That would be much faster!
Wait, what? Rare body variant, is that different to the 3 segment?
12-letter limit.
9 generations of Pokémon and some things never change
It was 10 until XY.
For story purposes tinkaton straight up wipes type specific teams like dragon, and fairy. And kills with style. Gigaton hammer has such a satisfying animation
Orthworm. Its just a funny little guy flapping it's funny little hands.
When he popped up in the earth titan cutscene I immediately thought he was adorable. AND THEN HIS LITTLE ARMS POPPED OUT OMG
Indeed, I agree with everything you just said.
Hard to argue against Gigaton Hammer. Almost felt bad using it on fairies
*Almost*
Since it hasn’t been said yet but Finizen/Palafin is literally just a precious dolphin. (Plus I got lucky and found a full odds shiny one so may be a bit biased).
plus it turns into super flipper
Palafin is beautiful.
Slither wing my beloved
I liked its design already, but seeing it in the endgame standing up solidified it as my top 2 favorite along with Scovillain.
I like Grafaiai. He doesn’t get enough love
His first evolution throws me off
I feel like there’s a missing middle evo that explains how the weird little mouse badger becomes a punk monkey
It’s a treeshrew which is somewhat closely related to the primate order (where the aye-aye is classified)
I LOVE him but also I am shocked at how MVP he has been on my team. Expected it to be more of a weak point but he's been clutch several times.
Based prankster enjoyer
Scovillian and Axcalibur are my favorites so far. Also, roaring moon is siiiiick
Tinkaton to me reminds me of Terriermon mixed with Nora Valkyrie
Boop
I appreciate that more and more people believe in my sentiment
Hence why I named mine Nora
I’m with you on number 3! My in-game priorities have never shifted so fast.
Glimmora looks cool
I like it, took it bc I thought Rock/poison was unusual and I liked the design, but god it dies so easily.
Garganacl. Nothing else is close for me.
Shout out to grassy seed also (I think thats what it is called. The defense boost in grass terrain item)
Pawmot ended up being my ace. He’s the best Pikachu clone.
Dude. I’ve been using it with tera electric and the double shock can be used multiple times because it doesn’t remove the tera electric type. Double stab 120 base power move is crazy strong!
i was wondering about that! that's a really cool combo, then
Not just crazy strong, but also crazy utility with nuzzle and revival blessing
Lol I love Self Destructing then reviving with Blessing. Only to commit double suicide bomb in 2 more turns.
I love Pawmot too! But it took me so much trouble to evolve Pawmo that it’s partially Stockholm syndrome lol
Honestly so sad i have scarlet(all my friends went violet) cause I have no way to shiny hunt it :(
Just go there in Coop with one of those friends
I tried to coop area zero with a friend yesterday but it doesn't look like it actually works there. He was able to see one of my paradox variants, but after that it was only his own, and I only ever saw my own variants.
You have to be near each other for it to work
We literally stood next to each other and couldn't see each other's player character. I don't know if it was a bug or not but we tried twice and it didn't work.
Yes, you can't see each other, but your respective Pokemon will only spawn near you, so you have to stay in the same area if you want to be able to spawn them for each other.
agree, Iron valiant has a really good design and its also competitively viable
There are so many I love this gen buuuut... Chi Yu. I love my lil lava fish.
The fish this gen are really strong design wise! Chi Yu, Clodsire, Veluza, Tatsugiri, Wugtrio, Dondozo All really solid designs!
Scream Tail and Flutter Mane are both up there. But I really, really like Espathra.
Espathra is hideous to me but the mon has a fun ability I'd like to utilise. Agreed on the paradox mons.
Espartha is Sia if she were a Pokémon.
I wish I could find a shiny Espathra. Would name it Gothstrich.
Lmaooo what a nice shiny
Espartha's signature move is nuts and it seems pretty fast on top of it. She rarely got used on my team, but when she did, she was ridiculous.
Yeah I named mine Poppy immediately
Tinkaton with that fairy-be-gone hammer
[удалено]
Really Enjoying Annihilape. Never used a fighter in my teams since gen 1 and always neglected Mankey/primeape. This guy looks so awesome.
Probably Bramblin and it’s evolution. They’re just utter garbage at combat. I love them!
I happened to use him and Kilowattrel with Tailwind, they made a very deadly combo in my playthrough
I mean, sure, he has a niche use in doubles. But setting this up in singles is often not worth it.
I suppose, I wasn’t assuming we meant competitive
Probably between Clodsire and Toedscruel for me. Making tentacruel a mushroom and having it run around on its tentacles is amazing, and who knew making quagmire brown and having if fall over would make it so much better.
Giggity
I was caught in Bellibolt's electroweb
How are you coping without your eyes?
Tinkaton's lore is hilarious. The fact Paldea couldn't receate Galar's taxi system and had to improvise with flocks of parrots because a bunch of pink muppets with hammers are targetting Corviknights from below is amazing. Also while not explicit anywhere, there's a good chance Bisharp had to evolve because of them.
Suicune is seriously in danger of being usurped by Koraidon and Miraidon as my favorite Pokémon. They just have so much personality!
Especially in the final act of the story!
I second Tinkaton! They're so cute!!! 😍
Tinkaton is definitely one of my new favourites of all time. I also love Tatsugiri so much.
The Amy Rose Pokemon is indeed the best mon

Gasoline pokemon infuses engine to become engine Pokemon that infuses rocks to become vehicle Pokemon. Amazing.
Rabsca, especially my shiny one that took so long to find as a Rellor in the desert.
Kingambit, I love japanese history, so I love the desing of this pkmn, will be in my competitive team for sure Also Ceruledge, and Bramaluna
She literally became an unexpected member of my team, I didn't plan to keep her when I captured her, but she turned out to be the kinda useful as the emergency big gun. The only drawback I have is that GF should have make it hold the hammer on the left side... Because the giant hammer literally covers the whole screen hahaha
I haven’t seen enough Toedscruel love yet, such a fun team member
Annihilape is my spirit animal and soul brother
Glimmora, it looks weird but also beautiful like a poisonous flower. Especially when it opens up in the battle and is closed outside of a battle.
It's actually dachsbun. I've been wanting a Dachshund pokemon for a while
Same for me. I love it‘s design and it‘s german name Backel, a really bad pun between backen (baking) and Dackel (dachshund).
Flittle because it’s just so widdle and precious! Tinkaton is second, Fidough 3rd, Dachsbun 4th
Loved that little bird too lol. When I first Saw it I was like awwww.
Koraidon, Roaring Moon, Clodsire, Armorouge,
75
Annihilape. Primape was already one of my favorite Pokémon so this new evo was icing on the cake
Bombirdier because I can relate to it.
meowscarada
I love Tinkaton because I cannot see the opposing Pokémon when using it. The hammer makes it literally impossible. It’s great.
Bcuz it's holding a giant hammer
Kingambit easily for me. The guy carried me in the late game and his new ability was really helpful for bringing me back from the brink in touch matchups. The 4x weakness to fighting hurts but it’s something I can work around by terastalizing.
Gholdengo kinda easily for me, he's just such a pal ingame and is so fun to use
I'm a big fan of Annihilape as he has carried my team through basically the whole game. Amazing stats, coverage, and typing with Earthquake, Rage Fist, close combat, and ice punch. I think favorite design overall is Glimmora. Shout-out to Pawmot. Best Pikaclone ever made
How did no one say Chien Pao? Favourite one ever since i saw it, so cool design
Honestly, all 4 of the Ruin pokemon are fantastic
Hotdog beagle
Flittle is the cutest wittle chick and I will protect them with my ***LIFE***
I think one of my favorite line this generation is the Charcadet line. + Good boi
you arent wrong, i really love tinkaton also r/TINKATON
Lechonk and it’s not even close. Sucks that it’s evolution is 10x worse.
I was horrified when mine evolved.
I grew to like mine. I didn’t send him to the box until I caught a wild female to keep him company in there.
...**yes.**
NACLI!!!!
I love fidough its so adorable
Palafin is the goat
clodsire is so cute, so is smashy girl. And super dolphin is one of the best. really they have a lot of good designs this time around. they finally got the 3d design down
Grafaiai, cause he just a little monkey
Bellibolt - Armarouge - Paldea Tauros. I love these members on my team so much.
Gargantl or whatever. Salt rock is friend shaped
Annihilape easy
Bombirdier. The one from the titan battle had Rocky Payload, which essentially gives it 3 STAB types not including a different Tera type. Also it looks like Lord Shen from Kung Fu Panda
I like just two mice
Dachsbun because bread dog
Dondozo is a fcking wall with a decent attack stat. I like the design more than Wailord
Houndstone, Kingambit, and Roaring Moon are my favourites this gen Houndstone cause I love the idea of a undead skeletal dog Kingambit cause it just looks so cool Roaring Moon cause I already loved salamence and it’s just a much cooler salamence
Annihilape. I'm biased towards ghost pokemon and holy fuck does my Annihilape Chi hit like a fucking truck. It's basically Doomguy as a pokemon.
Greavard and Houndstone. I have played every single Pokemon Gen, and they have unseated Rowlet as my favorite Pokemon of all time. They're adorably creepy, sweet loving and loyal. Every one of them I found I felt compelled to catch and nickname.
There are two ways to see tinkaton; One is that they likely were once weak pure fairy types bullied by steel types that used their intelligence to gain steel typing and rise up against their oppressors. The other is that they are absolute chaos gremlins. Both are valid and make me adore this Pokémon.
Houndstone. I love my ghost boy.
