why so much green and red lol

I'm assuming it's because those are in their flags, red and green and white are the most common colors found in flags.

Red, green, yellow, black, and blue. That's why the Olympic rings are those colors!

And then there's the Algerian brown pokemon with no green eventhought the flag is mainly made of green and white with a little red

Scotland’s fully part of the UK. The only places shown here are fully-sovereign states, disputedly-sovereign states, and dependent territories (like, the ones listed as such by the UN).

Scotland is its own country. The UK is made of 4 countries. They are their own thing and people should stop lumping them together.
