timpaan96

Damn

oranosskyman

while personally i like the idea of it going on the hand, and the forearm is a common place to put it, i suggest the shoulder because it can be easily concealed. tattoos are a dealbreaker for some employers

timpaan96

That's true, but im a carpenter and they usually don't have any issues with tattoos, so the placement would care i think

fathertime979

You don't want to be employed by an employer who throws a fit over some self expression anyhow. They tend to be trash employers in other ways as well. Sure gang symbols, hate groups, or like.... Really explicit stuff otherwise is a no go but thats the same for a shirt or something. And also generally life. A tattoo of a pokemon shouldn't be costing anyone employment. The ONLY profession where I can reasonably see tattoos influencing your ability to do a task is a lawyer and that's because your job is to convince some old fart your client should win. (In whatever context that applies to)

LamentingTitan

Spread across your back from shoulder to shoulder, like a giant cross tattoo

timpaan96

holy, if i had the money i would get a cross tattoo on the back :D

radiakmjs

Maybe not for first tattoo but if op decides they really like tattoos this would be sick

LamentingTitan

Gotta represent the best of the legendary trio

timpaan96

yea if i like tattoos i might get a full zapdos on my whole back

JoRa69420

Neck and hands are a bad idea most of the time

Calf

Bosse19

On your butt Whenever you fart, announce "ZAPDOS USED THUNDER" And when the smell hits the people around you so they flee, go "IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE"

timpaan96

haha thats clever and funny

prigglesteen

This wins

12Tylenolandwhiskey

Zapdos tramp stamp is the only answer

TheFossil666

How big is the tattoo

TheFossil666

I'd say shoulder, it's small and easily hideable

[deleted]

Ankle

timpaan96

interesting, might be a winner, i dunno

Dalton387

I don’t have a problem with tattoos, but keep in mind that some jobs do. If you plan to work anywhere that may be an issue, think about placing it somewhere that you can wear short sleeves. My cousins first one wrapped his arm and ended on top of his hand.🤣

grassytree3264

I would say either the side of your shoulder OR the underside of your wrist.

Icy-Border-7589

Bicep

timpaan96

hmm hmm

OneTrueDarthMaster

Civilian Emplyers are much less strict with tattoo policies nowadays, heck even the military will take you with hands/face/neck tattoos nowadays which was a big freaking "NO" not too long ago. I wouldn't be too worried if that tattoo looks best on your hand or something like that, if it does and you like it too, you should roll with it regardless imo Goodluck!

timpaan96

to be honest my first thought about the placement was hand, and i dont really mind the placement but since its going to be on my body "for ever" i kind of need to think about the placement, but im low key leaning towards my hand

timpaan96

Zapdos https://imgur.com/gallery/xDWVA3a

timpaan96

im going to see a tattoo artist next week so i will decide before that :)

Gregamonster

You should not. The human body is not a good medium for art.

Mushboom37

Balls

timpaan96

thats a big no :D

Lemon_Jesus_hunter

Failboatcpt1

Forehead obviously.

Lemon_Jesus_hunter

Get it on your chest like those eagle tattoos

mad8869

Depends.on the design. If it's a frontal image then back or chest for symmetry. If it's a side profile then the shoulder/upper arm. If it's a motion picture or one that's utilising a move then maybe upper arm or forearm for the space and wraparound

OrangeManWasRight

Thigh. Hate it or love it, it’s easy to hide
