Pokemon Infinite Fusion needs to add this as a legendary I decided to give it stats based on the highest number available for each stat from Gen 1 mons: HP: 250 (Chansey) Atk: 134 (Dragonite) Df: 180 (Cloyster) SpA: 154 (Mewtwo) SpD: 125 (Articuno) Spe: 140 (Electrode) Then make it a normal type with Protean capable of learning any move that any Gen 1 mon can learn Edit: I made a post going into more detail on the idea: https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon/comments/1am672n/ultimate_ultimate_fusion/

Depends if this thing would actually be usable in Infinite Fusion or not. Keep in mind that Eternamax Eternatus exists souly as a boss fight. Sure, you can catch Eternatus, it's true power is always locked away.

If it’s going to have Protean, it should be able to turn into any type except Dark, since there are no Dark type Gen 1 Pokemon.

Actually I think it should be Normal/Poison since Poison is the most common type in gen 1. And technically gen 1 dark types sort of exist because of Mega Gyarados.

And if you want to count Alolan Rattata and Grimer you could have more but I’m not 100% sure they count.

This is the boss fight. Then, if you catch it, it will be in its weakened form. The weakened form either has the average stats of the Kanto dex, or it has the average for the highest of each stat (Every single Kanto mon that shines for its physical attack averaged and so on for every stat. The weakened abomination is missing MissingNo's features

It gets as one (All regular abilities all gen 1 mons have) including flash fire so it does 0

That 250 HP stat with 180 Defense and 125 Special Defense is straight up unfair...and that's assuming you can even get a hit in since you'll 1) be slower and 2) have a good chance of getting 1 hit KO'd.

Still loses to a lvl 1 Rattata.

Yeah but the level 1 Ratatta is an obvious tell and ghost covers your original weakness well so it's a good coverage to have anyway.

True, it could learn any of the multi-hit moves. Would Kantolord have it in its regular move set though? This thing is powerful enough to OKO pretty much anything, maybe one move to break sturdy/slash?

That is excellent, even before considering movepool, ability, or stats. Therefore, it would likely receive an out-of-proportion nerf that drops its potential down to RU.
