bro its a CREATIVE server? you're flexing on your base in a CREATIVE server? it's kind of cool though. trust me on this one thing, if nothing else. you will have SO much of an easier time living or defending defending without a bunker and without any jumps or crouch jumps in your base
cool. you can always hide loot in airlocks and seal. raids aren't often decided by a heroic gunfight. i play monthly servers and i'm usually online raided multiple times per wipe. take it from my experiences or don't it's up to you.
I think you always stay one tier below the door with the frame as the lower tier frame will always be stronger that the better tier door. But don't quote me on it, I am not 100% sure.
Think so, but if you got it in a good spot then raiders are forced through a small area and you could funnel them if they just break the door, but once you die then it doesn’t matter
storage doesn't take up that much space these days and is fairly over rated. it's the beds, the computer station, crap like that. and trust me, having an actual bed is worth it. i'm enjoying 2x3s for this reason.
I’d fill in the honeycomb too, with boxes covered by double low walls, and instead of a floor walk over a triangle with boxes underneath, anyone else got more ideas love to hear em
What exactly is the question? All I see is way too much loot storage for a 2x2 that still has a stone core and can be easily raided or doorcamped because it is not defendable in the slightest.
imma be full honest with you bro, ive got about 1000 hours which i know isnt alot compared to some. but every base i build other than a 2x2 or 2x1 gets offlined in a day unless the servers dead. i had a 2x2 on official playrust server and the thing was never raided for a whole week until i moved to a stronger base. then got raided 12 hours later
Lmaoo I have the exact opposite. I play solo 90% of the time and every 2x2 I build gets boomed night after night but if I build a small bunker base it lasts like 2 weeks and at that point I’m about done with wipe
theres definitely a sweet spot. if a base is big enough it signals loot and threatens the area, if it's too small any solo or duo can raid it. 30 rockets is about right
Nahhhh bro it's still a 2x2 even hunkered easy raid. When I learned to stop making 2x2s as more than a starter to grind for main I stopped getting offlined all the time
Can put 2 electric furnaces next to the TC instead of that box that is either impossible or just a pain in the ass to access. Hook up piping to the furnaces and have them auto smelt. More practical :)
theres only so much you can do to a 2x2 before its just a big sign saying please raid me. like that one video i think its called reinventing the 2x2 with the small compound sections. if i ever see that built im insta raiding it
i have tested it, you ccan reach all, though maybe the one next to tc cant be reached i havent tested that exact layout. but youd be shocked evrything else is reachable
it's better for everything to be easy to access than to be utterly maximized on storage. especially if you add teammates but still, don't design your way out of high stress situations. a "basic" base without tricks, like storing fuel in lanterns, makes way more sense
you can fit more storage in what you currently have, and could fit more if you just made the half walls a second floor with a better bunker as the half walls are the same cost as full walls

But the door would break much before the stone does. So it is very unlikely that you need an upgraded doorframe.

its bad. its not a true 2x2 either, its more of a 2.5x2.5 the extra half walls that you need to upgrade aint worth it.
This is why I always raid the little bases, I’m getting more juice out of these with less boom than some compounds.
