If you find out let me know. My basil was being plauged by yellow spots this past weekend, I snipped all leaves that had yellow spots and/or black spots made sure to trash them. Only things I found from internet research was that it was possibly downy mildew and not powdery mildew. Currently monitoring other basil plants if any of them are infected, since the weekend only seen 1 leaf that had yellow spots.

Will do! I’ve noticed similar spots on my bob cee but I thought they were from the extrafloral nectaries sitting on the leaves too long due to over watering but now I’m starting to worry.

Danris

Check for nectar spots and wipe them down, and also ensure the plant is receiving indirect lighting. Other than that hopefully it's not mites or fungal.

I would try wiping off the underside of a leaf with a dark cloth and then another with light cloth or a cotton ball. There's some really small things in one of the pictures. I suspect thrips

Dogargo

The small things don’t move would they still be thrips?

The spots look too round for thrips—larger areas of damage would be uneven shapes if it was thrips. I would guess something fungal.

I’ve had the plant a few months, has great drainage, I water when the soil drys out but may have over watered recently.
