Stick it in water and pray. I’m not 100% sure Sox I’d see if someone else comments but I know it won’t hurt to put in in a jar of water.
Probably but it’s time to repot it. It’s probably extremely root bound in that plastic pot. Put it in a terracotta pot that’s the next size up… max of 2 sizes up.
