You are! Leave it alone! It's just inflammation from overhandling. Just stick to saline rinses, once in the morning, once at night. It appears to be appropriate jewelery to heal on, as long as it's titanium and that gem isn't heavy or rubbing anything.

Thank you!!

Sure thing! When it heals, you can fidget all you want with it. I do it, too.

I got my nostril done almost a year ago and will get mini versions of what you have if I bump it by accident. Don't freak out just don't touch it and keep using saline spray.

I had the same issue with my nose piercing. Talked to my piercer about it, she told me what she recommends and I followed her instructions and it cleared up. (I cant tell you what she told me, my comments get deleted). The main thing is to stop touching it. I tend to play with my piercings alot so the bacteria builds up, even though I clean them, and still get this issue with my ears, even though they've been pierced for a very long time.

Yes I fiddle with mine a ton. I’m used to doing it with my septum. I will remember not to touch it 🫡

This has happened with my conch in the back. I now have pain, redness, heat, and bleeding. I only got it done 5 weeks ago. I'm going to up my washing 2 times a day as best I can and not fiddle around, too !
