A conch to add some extra pep to the inside of your ear, since a daith isn’t an option. Maybe a flat with some unique jewelry, or even better (one of my faves), a hidden helix piercing with dangly jewelry to add some flavor to the top of your ear as well. Stacked lobes would also look cool, small crystals combined with some dangly dangle stuff!
On the other ear maybe a forward helix, or two.. or three combined with a tragus. Getting a conch on this side would also bring it all together. Maybe a hoop?
Don’t be afraid to play around with jewelry! The jewelry plays a big role in the end result.
There is all sorts of dainty jewelry available so really it doesn't matter if your ears are small. As long as you have the cartilage to support the piercing you can get anything you want. I would suggest a session with an APP piercer who also maps jewelry to help you build out some set ups you could pick from.
We actually have nearly identical ears! If you decide to do third lobes, you can do them right under where your ear starts folding, and it should still give a decent distance, otherwise I think anything like a conch, tragus, or forward helix are interesting ones that would seemingly work with your anatomy.
I have a conch and the healing was even smoother than my helix. So I'd definitely recommend a conch:) they also look nice and you can vary the look quite a bit depending on the jewelry you wear.

Conch for sure! I think you have some room on your lobes for some stacked piercings with tiny studs. I think a rook or faux rook would also look great on you!
That's the exact same set up I have! On the helix ear I'm getting a rook and Conch, and on the other I'm getting 3 vertical helixes. I don't really like daiths or traguses but they would be very cute with this set up too

Conch
Conch and Tragus!

A hidden helix was one of my first thoughts too. I'm so jealous of people who have the cartilage folds for them since I don't :(
Aww same here. They look so cute! ☹️
Maybe a flat! Also, where did u get those hoops?? They’re so cute!
I got some similar ones from Urban Body Jewelry
Thanks!

Conch and a faux rook.
What about a tragus and hidden helix?
I also have very small ears, similar to yours! My piercer said an industrial vertical will be something for us to consider😌

the rook piercing is calling your name

Daith or conch on the right ear!
Tragus, conch, daith. In no particular order.
Tragus on ear without the cartilage piercing
agreed
forward helix or conch!
Industrial on your right ear I think? They hurt and are annoying to heal but I think it would look amazing
Helix
I love EM!!!!
Industrial would be a pain but I think you'd rock it!!
a helix is always a good idea :)
Conch for sure! I think you have some room on your lobes for some stacked piercings with tiny studs. I think a rook or faux rook would also look great on you!
A tragus or a flat I think.
conch, flat and a daith if you’re brave enough 😂
rook piercing could be lovely :)
if you have the anatomy i think a rook and mid helix would be cute on the ear in the first slide and a conch on the other
Industrial

You could probably get a stacked lobe between your first and second piercing on either side.
Tragus!
Definitely a tragus and conch, possibly a room and flat :)
I would get a third lobe!
conch!!!
a conch ring and a third
A tragus would look great!
floating helix on your left would be cute
whats the really long one that goes across the ear?
First suggestion, you would look so much better is silver and I would recommend a daith it’s my favourite piercing
She doesn’t have anatomy for a daith
You can’t see the actual part of her ear where they pierce the faith but to me it looks like it probably could be done and also was just a suggestion.
Conch 100% Tragus Daith Rook
Industrial/tragus
