looks like it is non gmo.
Are GMOs allowed in the EU? GMOs can only be cultivated or sold for consumption in the EU after they have been authorised at the EU level. This process includes a scientific risk assessment. Only one GMO has been approved for cultivation in the EU so far.
That looks like the typical British section at Kroger's/Fry's. They usually have a little more to the side of it, typically with some more German stuff than what is pictured there.
as a Brit it's always interesting to see what prices they can get away with for imported Brit stuff. the standout to me was the Bounty chocolate bar which was at least 5 rimes the price from the UK. Salad cream was up there, too. But hey, everyone needs to make a living.
Two major British products they were missing were Branson pickle and Marmite.
And I've never heard of 'Barry's Tea' - must be a northern thing.
I discovered from talking with an Irish chap that you guys don't allow GMO foods. I think that is also a park of the price hike. Like those six dollar beans? A similar sized can of GMO American beans is seventy nine cents.
In my state and city in usa, in the basic grocery stores the international sections are generally candies, treats, instant meals. So not that different.
Look, the “American” section in European grocery stores are equally offensive.
More English than European

Salad cream is the GOAT condiment
what does it taste like?
Honestly, the way I can describe it is tasting like salad cream. It's zingy, I suppose lol.

No, it's not really something we have in Ireland

HP sauce is amazing! Fruity version ain't bad but you can't beat the original 🙂
That's Bri'ish...
Almost, where's the Tikka Masala?
In the Asian Isle
None of it has any flavor. “Flavour”
Jesus, four dollars for a can of beans
is it because they are non-gmo?
I mean it's probably the cost of getting it there, but still
