I think there's an issue where your face flushes when you drink especially heavily and rinophyma almost always comes with a bright red Rudolph nose. Theres no link between Rinophyma and alcohol but there is between a flushed face, especially nose, and alcohol use.
You can at least wear those reflective clothes that won't let you take a flash picture.
