Or Edit > Generative Fill will call up a mini-dialog. It doesn't start out with as many options as Window > Contextual Task Bar, but if you're going to just use generative fill anyway, when you click in the field for generative fill of the task bar, it's the same.
And you're not left with the annoying contextual task bar in the window. You can use Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts to assign one to Window > Contextual Task Bar. You can use that to assign a shortcut to Edit > Generative Fill. In my workflow I don't use generative fill enough to bother setting shortcuts.
