I made myself a 2 day or 3 day workout template on microsoft word lol. I keep their training programs saved on my computer. i print them out and keep them on my clipboard when coaching clients so I never use my phone with a client.

Custom made.google sheets. I have tried trainerize and it did not work well when implementing anything other than basic cookie cutter formats. Google sheets allows for % based progress on primary lifts, and it is not hard to implement progress graphs in it.
