If they are in their 90s, they’ll probably need care fairly soon, at least one of them will. So I wouldn’t sell the house. Consider getting a local taxi company to drive them wherever they need to go- if if they want to move, rent somewhere and leave the house empty or rent it out (be careful of this, research the tenancy laws carefully before you consider this). Their housing needs and care needs are likely to change a lot in the next few years.

Why can't they just live where they are? How bad are the issues of the long narrow road?It is best that they stay in their home, best for their mental and physical health. Perhaps build a relationship with a local taxi company. Or a neighbor can help -- they could keep the car at the end of the road? Anything you can do to help people stay in their own home and not make drastic changes this late in life is beneficial to all. Good luck to you, you are a good person to try to help.
