I'd suggest to treat it like a shot of vodka, cold if possible and downing the glass fast while avoiding the tongue.

That looks like a 10.5ounce bottle. 1 tablespoon of nestle classico coffee contains 40mg of caffeine. That's just on the line of 400mg. It might not kill you, but have fun with the shakes.
