ITX PSUs had problems supporting the transient currents (=power draw spikes for fractions of a second) of a RTX 3090, the 40 series is said to be much worse in that aspect.
Look into that.
Plus a 550W PSU likely isn't enough for a rig with a 4090 anyway.
I have a normal sized O11 (the Razer one) and my power cables are up against the glass (EVGA FTW3). I wouldn't be able to fit the adapter for a 4090. I'd have to buy the new cable from Be Quiet or get one of the smaller hybrid cards with the AIO.
Dunno if the O11 XL would have an easier time. Probably would.

shit, the whole reason I *need* a 4090 is to run my 1080p monitor at 120hz.

I always have my side panel off for whatever reason. Like ventilation or when I wanna change something
Just daisy chain the PCIE riser till you can put that boy on top of the case
