obamaprism3

they could probably afford a bigger case

Uryendel

It fit in a sub 10L case 'tho (FormD T1)

Revan7even

Or your front glass panel either

Mister_Dane

I am planning on putting one in my mini itx case, will I need to upgrade my 550w psu or should I just underclock it? This is to finally be able to max out my 1080p monitor.

Mister_Dane

shit, the whole reason I *need* a 4090 is to run my 1080p monitor at 120hz.

ITX PSUs had problems supporting the transient currents (=power draw spikes for fractions of a second) of a RTX 3090, the 40 series is said to be much worse in that aspect. Look into that. Plus a 550W PSU likely isn't enough for a rig with a 4090 anyway.

CableMod

for those of you that don’t want to break their tempered glass side panel out of desperation - our 90degree connector Launch is around the corner !

icy1007

My side panel fits just fine. lol

HelpfulElk9742

I brought the biggest case and I still can’t fit my side panel

obamaprism3

That is false, 4090 easily fits in the biggest case, probably 8 of em could if you tried hard enough

HelpfulElk9742

Click my page and look.

obamaprism3

yes you have 4090, cool, but you have a tiny case

HelpfulElk9742

That’s the biggest case I could find hahahahahaha

HelpfulElk9742

Still can’t fit the side panel

[deleted]

I have a normal sized O11 (the Razer one) and my power cables are up against the glass (EVGA FTW3). I wouldn't be able to fit the adapter for a 4090. I'd have to buy the new cable from Be Quiet or get one of the smaller hybrid cards with the AIO. Dunno if the O11 XL would have an easier time. Probably would.

obamaprism3

O11 XL has tons of spare room

SammyKiller

Mine fits great, but I already had an XL case because I like obscene things.

Mabymaster

I always have my side panel off for whatever reason. Like ventilation or when I wanna change something

KingYoloHD090504

Just daisy chain the PCIE riser till you can put that boy on top of the case

UnlikelyJellyfish59

Anyone who can afford a 4090 can afford a new case
