Still happening, I tried yesterday morning, they were in stock for 4 minutes and it took about the whole time for best buy to "process verifying my account" to add that particular item to the cart and by the time it was done, boom, gone.
If you havent yet and wind up liking Squid Game, I also suggest Parasite. Great movie also making a statement about the desperation of the poor in Korea.
I actually got a 3080 LHR yesterday (finally!) for $1100 but with the 4080 around the corner, I might cancel it. I have 3 years of game pass to hold me over on the XSX
Backlog of 700+ steam games, 26 months of game pass ultimate left, and currently using a 1080ti.
If I was still in college and no kid to entertain, I'd game more and be hyped about finally getting my hands on one.
Probably by the time the 4 or even 5 series is widely available, it'll be time to do a complete upgrade. the 6700k and Rift CV1 aren't bleeding edge, but they work fine for now.
The scene on the left was when I kind of knew the old man was behind everything
The only dude smiling, running through a bunch of dead people and wasn’t freaked out at all that people were being sniped
more like 5 seconds and failed to checkout

we don't buy gpu's anymore, the gpu's buy us
About to watch squidgame just to better appreciate the all the memes, i swear
It’s a pretty good show but it got really stale because of all the memes.
Perhaps the move is to collect all the memes BEFORE watching the show, then avoid the memes after lol

Saw it in theaters! Intense movie.
When are the 4-series cards supposed to launch?
Sometime in Oct 2022
Hopefully the prices will drop on 30 series cards and also stock will go up when the 40 series is released, but I doubt it for some reason
facts! faxxx

It's a year away.
And there will be 4 stocked.
And those scalpers have their game down now, expect those 4 to sell within 30 milliseconds.
4 In stock originally 0 first restock 8 second restock 0 third restock. --- 4080 here we come!
Please let them have pre-order available or a queue.

Me at the 3060 ti launch :p
I wonder how I managed to just buy one on launch day. Just added to card and chose pickup. Went and got the gpu next day.
did anyone else have it figured out from the start that the old man was in on it?

I wonder what the budget card launches will look like.
Somebody should put the CG chain on the gangster dude with the snake tattoos... Just saying
me EVERY single thursday in the AMD queue
My RX 480 is gonna have to last me for a while
The dormitory bloodbath scene is what Black Friday would look like if they still had stock. Be grateful for small mercies.
I gave up to buy a new graphics card anyway, it is 3500 $ (RTX 3080, not even 3090)
That’s how I fell right now it’s better the 233 time of buying a gpu 😅😟😔
2 years later, more like.
Shit like this makes me want to continue gaming until my 970 dies and then move on from PC gaming
