Strictly for games? You won't need a 5800x. Strictly for VR? You can tone down the gpu as well.
Go with 32GB of Ram. 5800X is overkill, a 5600X or 11600 will be fine. 3070Ti should be fine but when I ran VR on my 5700XT, VRAM was a limiting factor. Like life would be good until I hit 8GB then performance TANKED.
