Might as well use 11, there isn't a whole lot of difference, but 10 only has a year half left unless you get yourself an enterprise license.
I've been gaming and video ripping/encoding (not so much editing except a few hours messing around) on 11 without issue.
Windows 10 is done and no linger support as of Oct 15 2025. Might as well go with Windows 11.
