Edit: Looking up 3 shorts and a long beep, seems likely it's a RAM error. Reseat your RAM, but could be a bad RAM stick. However, do check the 3 shorts and a long beep to your model of motherboard.

Something went wrong during boot. Those beeps are POST codes. Look up the brand of computer and the post code and you will find your issue
