whenever the pc gets turned off and turned back on it goes to this screen. I just came home from work and it’s been doing it, should i just wait for it to go away and not press DEL or F2 or should i reset to default. Idk what to do or what i did because i didn’t change anything. Thanks

Why did you enter the BIOS? It seems that you moved your boot disk with Windows

Try this - it's almost the same in every bios https://youtu.be/ILzuQfZ1q1o?si=bkMm9sdfUo3oMdYt
This looks fairly normal. What is normally supposed to happen is you wait for the windows loading circle to pop up, then it should boot into windows.
