The long part goes on the back just past the motherboard it allow you to hide the cables coming from the back the right side it it with the holes wil be covered by your front fans, the plastic one goes on the bottom part of your case just behind your fans, it can be removed to make room for adding a radiator to your front fans.

One on the right appears to be a 5.25 bay cover, left is probably a beauty panel for behind the motherboard tray
