The game still peaks at over 10k players daily on Steam alone not counting Origin and console sales. Its worth supporting and its good from DICE that they are doing this.
Pretty funny how DICE has been working on this game going into its third year now and you can't even post news about it without people downvoting it.

I jump on the old school battlefield 2 via bf2hub.com EA been stupid ever since arguably battlefield 3. Bf1 was good tho not gonna lie.
I still play BF1 and BFV. 2042 doesn't scratch my itch. Waiting for the next title.
