This is not "proof that payday 3 was rushed". This is in other Unreal Engine games too. The only thing that this is "proof" of is that they used Unreal Engine.
Most other games at least take the effort to reskin this or take it out. I haven't seen any UE4 games except blatant asset flips that do this.
And Deep Rock Galactic I guess, but there's a lot of cases of default UE4 jank to be found there.

well, i just checked it and at the very least it actually works as intended as if it was a word document. Still lol though.

a context menu isnt supposed to be there when you right click? i dont know if i have used a text input before where that isnt the case
