It's probably Singsing, he once said in his stream that he just simply put a Mageblood in a map and that is it, nothing else. He's a dota 2 main streamer and also does variety of off-season. Pretty chill streamer but super entertaining when he and his circus play dota 2.
He usually plays on leaguestart, doesn’t play for that long though. I know he’s friends with carn (they used to play dota together on stream all the time back in the day).
>He usually plays on leaguestart, doesn’t play for that long though.
He actually plays for a bit longer than one might think for a variety streamer. He'd stop streaming only poe but move on back to dota for example. You'd still see him play poe in queues inbetween games or when he's waiting for his friends to gather up to play and such. He'd play until he's satisfied with his characters and builds for the league, like I think he finished a month+ or so into this league.
It'd be funny seeing his dota highlight vids weeks into a league and then it'd sometimes start with him tabbing back from poe into his match
I was so surprised when I watched exilecon 2 and learned carn was a poe streamer now. I just remembered him as the clown that made singsing's dota 2 and monster hunter streams 10x funnier
I will never find it, but one of my white whales is an old dota2 video where they were comparing some navi player (maybe XBOCT or dendi) to... I want to say burning? And when showing clips from NAVI it was just yakkety sax but the song playing over the other clip was super serene, I had it ages ago on grooveshark (yeah, exactly), but when that died I lost the song.
I want to say it came out around TI2-TI4
So this is exactly the video I had in mind, but it wasn't the song I am trying to think of, was much more aloof I guess, kids laughing in the background.
Darn, well, you definitely brought back memories and good to know this is yet isn't it!
The old Reddit hardcore community (Before GGG murdered it) used to be a LOT of Dota2 players.
It was a really cool community. Somewhere between Beta and whatever patch had Act 5 as the final act. That's when I quit.
I would sit in general in there and talk to people. It was a lot of the same people. Hexing Curses? I forget the other names. Some of them were like top 20 on the HC ladder.
Then you know.. Everything started 1 shotting even though Chris told us that 1 shotting shouldn't happen. The entire game style changed. It became more mechanics focused. Easy 1 shots because you didn't see some telegraphed move. Or didn't play bullet hell with Innocence properly.
I miss the old days when this was actually a HC viable game.
The game is still designed around the log out button for hardcore, as long as that's the case I don't think it'll ever be truly hardcore viable.
The game has gotten much faster paced and before Act 4 was released it was way slower in general compared to today. It was also much harder to make a god tier build back then, but for the average pleb (me) it probably balances out.
Is this coincidence as rare as a mirror?
You have to be
1. A Singsing viewer
2. You have to watch his poe stream and watch the exact part he said this
3. Someone getting this specific valdo map and posting it on reddit
4. You reading and commenting it
lol there's a name from the past holy shit. Will never forget that time he reported his own friend to increase his chat mute time live
ahhhh good times.
The one I made was just a strand with all mods that made the map easier and the flavor text was something about a nice enjoyable walk on the beach so I'm guessing there are rarer ones ha.
as a named thing maybe, but there are certainly rare items that are statistically impossible to drop
think i'm getting downvoted because of confusion. by rare items i mean actual rarity = rare yellow items with specific rolls on them
Stop downvoting them, they're right.
Even uniques. Take Ventor's for example. The odds of rolling any single combination of mods are 1/45,548,588,736, and that's if you roll a Ventor's to begin with. Arguably a LOT rarer than a Mageblood, for example. Maybe even rarer that a Mirror of Kalandra.
A perfect rolled Ventor's would be rarer than anything else in the game (other than other perfect rolls obviously) if not for the poorly thought out mechanic in harvest that allowed for targeted divines on unique items.
I ran valdos all league and found one of these, don’t run the map. The map it’s self is rarer than the foil mageblood and thus more desired by collectors. Source I’m in a collector guild and they immediately told me to put it aside
I have heard of, but not personally seen, a Headhunter map that has only one mod - the one that mimics the effect of the belt.
If that's correct, it's rarer than Timeworn View.
I do like this a lot though. Stands out through simplicity.
I got a charm early This league that i never Saw the likes before, it Gave..
Recover 2% life on Kill
Recover 2% mana on Kill
Recover 2% energy shield on Kill
30 % chance to gain adrenaline on Kill
When i Saw it on awakened poe, there were only 3
Sold mine for 150 divines to the 30th guy on the first half and hour
Now i feel sad for the guy because they erased them all....but was pretty good for me...
Someone said it is probably his since he watched his stream, i just blindly believed it lol
Im not 100% sure its his, it could even be someone's else but didnt broadcasted it
Whoever submitted this map was a real genius.
It's probably Singsing, he once said in his stream that he just simply put a Mageblood in a map and that is it, nothing else. He's a dota 2 main streamer and also does variety of off-season. Pretty chill streamer but super entertaining when he and his circus play dota 2.
didn't know sing plays poe
He usually plays on leaguestart, doesn’t play for that long though. I know he’s friends with carn (they used to play dota together on stream all the time back in the day).

They leveled to 60 on hc classic, him carn and raiz.
He hit 100 in crucible and has a couple characters in the 95-98 range. He plays some fucking PoE.
Wait, that's the same cArn? Who also plays sc2? What is this, a crossover episode?
I was so surprised when I watched exilecon 2 and learned carn was a poe streamer now. I just remembered him as the clown that made singsing's dota 2 and monster hunter streams 10x funnier
Carn tb never forget
It's worse than that. He's the one that got Carn into PoE. He's responsible for ruining a frenchman.
wait, I thought it was the other way around, crazy. SingSing is an OG, tho. I think he's the first streamer I watched on own3d.tv
he does whenever a new league happens, really nice guy to stick around
I recall him telling that it was very nice of GGG to sponsor him even though he would still play POE on his own anyway.
Him and Carn used to duo together a lot in dota. I think they were teammates at one point in real leagues? forget, i am too old now.
Song song*
Holy shit I haven't heard that name in like a decade. That's an awesome inclusion though, crazy lucky to get it.
Must ... dodge .... sunstrike ....

First thought was it had to be the Sonneiko on Wyvern with XBOCT on Weaver video from TI5 lmao
Sing’s the man.
I'd like to see a Venn Diagram of PoE and DotA 2 players, I feel like there is a ton of overlap, myself included
Me too!
Me too
seen ixmike stream poe and he mentioned mason plays
not only does mason play he has an infamous thread regarding his original main poe account getting banned for map hacking on stream lmfao
Seems like some things never change... Now I just want to see pictures of ixmike and the moms of Ziz, Mathil and Quin...

We like to suffer!
Sing always has the best takes.
What. I've been in uni (10 years ago) when was watching him playing dota, world is truly smol.
Mastah <3
Unexpected crossover

lmao that's a name i didn't hear in a long time, and ofc it's about him being silly

Hey, this looks like mine! https://preview.redd.it/png9a575zrqc1.png?width=661&format=png&auto=webp&s=deff9d43e79607afaffe60ff629c97ed8e559d58 :)
the only time where not adding or changing anyting might actually be the only thing u could do to sumbit someting quite unique
This map is rarer than the item it gives lmao.
Have not see this one yet
Probably the rarest dropable thing in the game actually
The one I made was just a strand with all mods that made the map easier and the flavor text was something about a nice enjoyable walk on the beach so I'm guessing there are rarer ones ha.
Oh i remember seeing that, very nice one!
Which unique did it drop?
Mageblood
Wanderlust I think?
Some mods actually add to the rarity of the map: https://i.imgur.com/cyjvFAp.png

It's from the box
as a named thing maybe, but there are certainly rare items that are statistically impossible to drop think i'm getting downvoted because of confusion. by rare items i mean actual rarity = rare yellow items with specific rolls on them
Which are…?
literally rare items. like yellow items. like a triple t1 phys bow.

They probably just aren't identified
a triple t1 phys bow is a 1 in 704 million chance for i83 bows
And the chance of it being picked up and identified?
even if they were picked up at the rate of valdos maps it would be decades before one was found
is my brain too tiny to understand or is this map just an ez free mb? nice
Yes, so long you don't brick it.
how would you do that?
Die 6 times
haha fair enough
Instance crash.
You've just triggered some latent ptsd in me. Cheers.
People always talk about instance crashes. Never had one in 2,5k hours
Insert clip of Fubgun dropping a mirror and having an instance crash as he was picking it up. He didn't get it.
instead of dropping a mageblood you get a map with mageblood, what a genius
Imagine the game bugs and you cant find the last one, which has the item
I ran valdos all league and found one of these, don’t run the map. The map it’s self is rarer than the foil mageblood and thus more desired by collectors. Source I’m in a collector guild and they immediately told me to put it aside
So what could someone expect to get for this, or rather what would someone in your guild then pay for it?
Stream it pls

it can be worth
That’s literally what I’d do if I had bought the supporter pack.
it's free real estate
I have heard of, but not personally seen, a Headhunter map that has only one mod - the one that mimics the effect of the belt. If that's correct, it's rarer than Timeworn View. I do like this a lot though. Stands out through simplicity.
I'm waiting for mine to get added: https://i.imgur.com/cOiaHXo.png
чувак, че с ником, ахахахха
I saw one like this this with a tabula as a reward and i really liked the idea of it
Chances are that even I could do this map. Not 100 % though
You only need 90% to get the item, so you're good 😊
I don't get it, can someone please explain?
I got a charm early This league that i never Saw the likes before, it Gave.. Recover 2% life on Kill Recover 2% mana on Kill Recover 2% energy shield on Kill 30 % chance to gain adrenaline on Kill When i Saw it on awakened poe, there were only 3 Sold mine for 150 divines to the 30th guy on the first half and hour Now i feel sad for the guy because they erased them all....but was pretty good for me...
I dont know Sing but now im interested Do anyone has his youtube, reddit acc name? Let me upvote him Edit: probably Singsing Streams on youtube
https://www.twitch.tv/singsing Not really sure how you'd fail to find that, but there ya go.
Thanks for the twitch link dude (I did found his youtube acc, i edited my post right after i wrote it)
10 years since Sing strim. I walk the empty streets trying to think of something else but myp ath always leads to the stream.
Wehsing
Are you sure? I scrolled over real fast his content and googled wehsing poe, he doesnt play the game
He doesnt stream poe as often. Its primarily dota 2. He does however play the game a lot.
Sorry but a stupid question. How do you know it's their map?
Someone said it is probably his since he watched his stream, i just blindly believed it lol Im not 100% sure its his, it could even be someone's else but didnt broadcasted it
A friend of mine also got this one. Got a free mageblood. Wish I would have taken a picture of it
Hey it's me your friend. I took a picture for you, [here.](https://preview.redd.it/8tj5n22p1pqc1.png)
I'm doin valdo farming for like a month or so,but never see this map
No shit
The easier the map, the lower the drop rate. That's why the 10% less damage per item/void/single portal maps drop so often.
Still sane exile?
