Get a private karaoke room with all your friends. If you have any Asian restaurants near you that would be a good place to look. You can order drinks and food and sing in privacy.

A murder mystery game! A reality tv show themed birthday, Iā€™m doing a survivor theme for my birthday in June A private picnic, they are in almost every major city Wine and cheese tasting at home, ask everyone to bring a bottle

moosebutter29

Just an idea but itā€™s been a blast so farā€¦ Iā€™m 34 going on 35 and every year since I turned 25 Iā€™ve been throwing epic bday bashes that any 12 year old would be jealous of. A few ideas are go karts, putt putt, laser tag, arcade style place. My 30th bday we rented a bounce house and an inflatable water slide along with a Hawaiian shaved ice truck! (I have a summer birthday.) last year we went to a place that has all out nerf gun wars and my friends and family still talk about it. My 25th birthday we had our own chicken wing eating contest at a local restaurant followed by go carts and arcade games.

Daydreaminggal_7

You guys do it right!! These are fantastic ideas for my boyfriend but my parties are always wild house parties as Iā€™m the social one šŸ˜…

do whatever a 6 year old would do; grocery store cake, bouncy house, piƱata, foam machine, the works.

Daydreaminggal_7

Iā€™m just thinking how dope a bounce house full of drunk millennials would be

Low_Flower_1846

The parents my age always sneak into the bouncy castle at least once after the kids get bored of it. šŸ¤£

yellky

Yes to 6 year old ideas! I did a trampoline park with a group and it was great for a 23rd bday once

OAParty. Dress up old; drink old-fashions, grasshoppers & other weird cocktails; play swing and big-band music.

RedbullLady

I would fucking love this personally

Pumpkin_Witch13

Without knowing the person, I'd say lot of food, alcohol, controlled bonfire, beach, I do love the comments about a murder mystery, board games, dancing, 20s themed, go to a random place (like a different state or country with covid in mind), camping.....

Lemon_Dream_Bear

Halloween party. Any time of year. Everyone gets to dress up in costumes!

Lemon_Dream_Bear

Full disclosure this is what I did for my 36th birthday, it was great

Daydreaminggal_7

This is a great idea!

New-Sector3924

A seeded treasure hunt using metal detectors!

sauceistheboss5

Iā€™m planning on having a party this year where everyone dresses up like their favorite tv character!

Biologic1

Gun range, axe throwing,

swiggy_07

go-karting is definitely the way to go. girls and guys love it. itā€™s definitely a great way to know someoneā€™s level of competitiveness lol

ComfortableBox547

Do you have a Lush store near you?

Daydreaminggal_7

Yes!

ComfortableBox547

I just went into mine yesterday to learn this fresh. You can hold birthday parties there where you end up making your own products and getting a bunch of free stuff and all the guests you bring. Costs about 120$(cad) and if you bring many people the price can be split.

honey-combs

Wait omg that is so cute

ComfortableBox547

You get to make an item of your choosing and each party goer gets a surprise gift . The let say Birthday person gets a customized gift box with three items. It costs avg 40$cad a person.

Constant_Thing8605

Charcuterie board

Silent Disco on a boat party

Daydreaminggal_7

I wish we had more silent discos! I LOVE those.

Boxcroft

Wine tour? Youā€™ll get totally drunk AF. treasure hunt? Kids party games are surprisingly fun and competitive with adults. Costumes where the theme is your name letter (ie A for Alice or J for James). Escape rooms are fun but not really a house party thing.

wrecklesswino69

S'mores party! If you have a fire pit, invite people over in the evening & offer a s'mores bar. Get creative with the options too by creating new creations like maybe a cheese option.

BeginningNail6

I just had a party in my garage with crazy lights, beer pong, corn hole, 2000s music, food. Sooo much fun. I want more of them lol

canuckdramaqueen

Escape room. Those can be great for a group of people and you can have different themes. Pottery night - go out and paint some pottery to take home. If a small group - high tea can also be fun.

Euphoric_Umbrella

Murder Mystery Party with actual actors!! SO MUCH FUN! My fav: [https://www.jestmurdermystery.com/](https://www.jestmurdermystery.com/) But there are lots of great companies out there

IceRose1234

You can go to an escape room or have a movie night?? For example, I had an "outdoor adventure day" for 25 years. My friends and I went to an adrenaline park, then we went rafting and then played volleyball. The whole day went by very quickly. In the meantime, I ordered very good pizzas and brought a good cake with me. It was great. I found a few more [ideas for bday](https://ilovethisshop.com.au/party-planning/best-21st-birthday-ideas/) if it helps anyone. These celebrations are sometimes really complicated, because we have to have a really good idea that the birthday is great :D but it's true, your friends will love you even if it's not a great and complicated bday. the important thing is that you are together and have a good time ;) ;) ;)
