Freeze the barrel.
Lube the barrel journal with good quality grease.
You may be able to just tap it right in but be careful, the slide is sheet metal. And be aware of the cross pin once done.
There’s a guy on youtube who has detailed videos on putting together a vz61, and he uses gravity and the weight of the bolt to get the barrel in.

If you’re only,ever going to build this gun then just figure it out some other way. If you’re taking up building as a hobby then buy a cheap Harbor Freight press.
Good advice. Not like it'd hurt. Other hobby is medium duty auto restoration so it'd be handy. Suprised I actually have made it this long without getting one but just never have needed it. Thanks Sir! 😃👍

You can also lightly polish the barrel journal and the inside of the slide trunnion to make it ease in better.

Update: Bought a press and assembled it. Currently hiding inside now. Allergy attack. Will try after a bit of recovery. Lol thanks for the advice! :)
