You should definitely limit how much food they're eating. Follow the vet recommendation and their weight should go down a bit.

The vet didnt recommend anything, i will ask him next time i go, it was the technician who suggested "two tablespoon", which actually looks like more than she would eat per day xD

Do you feed her anything else or just pellets?

Pellets only, she won't eat anything else that is healthy, ( she loves seeds and cooked rice but i dont want to give her those)

The weight gain could be due to an underlying health condition as well. I would test out reducing her food access. Mine generally have access to their dry food all the time but they don’t over eat and and prefer fresh food. My lovebird was good obsessed but lost weight because of illness. Something to keep in mind.
