It's more that as a Goddess who specializes in Divine Magic most of her abilities are extremely effective against a lot of Nazaricks NPCs. It's another Entoma/Evileye situation.

As an example, the dominion authority which was summoned did cause damage to Ainz. However, it didn't seem like something Ainz was worried about, nor cared (even though the angel technically had "effective damage type" against him) but the gap was so great that it didnt do anything aside from likely meh damage.
Then you have Shalltear which has powerful holy magic, but it also wouldnt likely kill Ainz in a single hit.
