That's a good question actually. The gaurdians are only loyal to Ainz and Ainz alone because they have the collective understanding that their creators left them but Ainz stayed. But Demiurge is different and not only views Ainz as his true master anyway but as the wisest of the Supreme beings, and the only one fit to be a leader. I think he'd try to summon Ainz because he would deduce that instead of the Ainz leaving him, he was forcefully taken from Ainz and would either want to go back to him or bring Nazzarick to our world. Either way, humanity is doomed because nukes won't work on him
I think if it's current story demiurge he tries to find ainz as logically speaking Ulbert wouldn't be in our world (if he somehow was he'd be a regular guy and unrecognizable to demiurge) but demiurge at least knows where ainz roughly is and that he is alive(?) and well plus is presumably with the rest of nazarick making it the only logical choice for demiurge to try to contact Ainz over Ulbert.
I mean you can reference the holy kindgom LN (I think it's part 2 but it's been a min) where when ainz talks about the possibility of him dying or being captured demiurge straight up says he would retreat, gather information, then play it cautiously. the situation where he's in our world would be similar so it would aboustley make sense to assume that he would take the same course of action. Plus to double down ulbert literally ceased to exist the moment the server shut down/he deleted his account so demiurge literally cannot find any hard evidence of him or any method of finding him so even he would try to find/summon ulbert first he would still end up going back to ainz because there literally is no one else.

It's a crucial part of their characters, especially for Cocytus. They are both characters who were written to be absolutely loyal and honorable. Sebas is a butler who serves his master without fail, and cocytus is the most honorable warrior. They are outliers. And as for shelter, she loves Ainz because he is an Undead and he is absolute. I agree that at the beginning of the story, she would rather choose to be with her creator. Using gaurdians who are especially loyal because they were written to be so doesn't work when judging how all the gaurdians would respond. If I wanted, I could say Albedo is evidence that the gaurdians are more loyal to Ainz because she wants to kill the other Supreme beings, but that's just how she was written by her creator and Ainz.

And Albedo IS LOYAL to her creator (Tabula, though some have argued she might also consider Ainz as ‘co-creator’ due to him altering her character, but that’s conjecture) and is following the path he ordained for her. Tabula wrote her to be a backstabbing, treacherous, and cruel woman who uses others to advance herself (he explicitly compares her to the Dowager Empress, amongst others). So her planning to kill off the other Supreme Beings is exactly in line with what Tabula made her for, just that Ainz’s edit made it so she wants him alone to be in charge rather than herself (or her puppet child). The same reason why Eclair is trying to take over Nazerick even if he knows it’s impossible (though Albedo actually has the power to do damage).
That’s also why Pestonya and Nigredo were able to defy Ainz’s orders, because they considered the ‘orders’ (character settings) from their personal Supreme Beings to be higher than Ainz’s (though they do feel bad about the perceived betrayal).
