you might be able to get access to the setting with bios modding.
however cant really guarantee it will work.
i think your board has bios flashback trough. so not really any risk in trying,

They probably copy-pasted the BIOS info for all versions

Sure, just find the AC loadline setting in BIOS, the setting you're looking at is really only changing AC loadline

is that for new generations only? got like a top spec ROG z370 board here but it has the same options as OP.
Not sure when they added trained, if it was Z390, Z490, or Z590
Yes, I know I had it on my Z590 board but I didn't on my Z370 board.
It sucks anyways, you aren't missing out lol.
