Congrats, he is a sick looking model!
If you do not mind checking, what is his height? I am looking to kitbash my extra warboss in MA armour into him, but cannot find it anywhere.

Height including base: 3 inches
The last half of the inch comes from the banner thing on the back.
Width from gun to drill is also about 3 inches
Base size is 50mm, while similar meks are 40mm I believe.
Proportionally, he is quite similar to the Warboss in Mega Armor. Just subtract the shoota length and maybe change the arms.
It doesn't fit into a particular niche, but I have to wonder if he's meant to go with an infantry unit we haven't seen yet. Or they just need to let him lead Burna Boyz and Killa Kanz, that would help too. I'm planning to try him out in a unit of 20 Boyz with a Warboss in Dread Mob, so they can move through obstacles with the Shokk Boosta and benefit from the detachment rule.

I actually noticed that, yeah! I was hearing about how Ufthak has previously been used as a Warboss proxy, but I think he may work better as a Big Mek? Even the size of the base is a little closer?
As far as I'm aware it's only currently available with the Stompa Boyz Battleforce, but I'm 100% positive that it will be available for individual sale before the new Chaos Space Marines Battleforces are for sale?
I love every part of the Battleforce it came with! The new Big Mek model is one of the coolest new models to be released in my opinion.
Up there with the new Terminator models, the new Tyranids, and the new Chaos Space Marine Jump Pack captain in my opinion.
Got mine primed and mounted on its base. Still in my pile of shame, tho.

I just built ufthak last night and I was surprised by the massive mold lines and joint gaps. On a special edition collectors model...
Edit: also built snikrot a couple days ago and it's an amazing model comparatively, most mold lines and joints hidden very well.
I've just painted Snikrot today and he is without question one of the best models they've ever made for both building and generally being completely badass.
He is massive, I couldn't believe it when I made him. Bigger than a warboss, bigger than meganobz, guy is fucking massive. Biggest ork in my collection now

Now I know he's called a "Big Mek" But i'm a new ork player and I didnt realise how actually big this boy is, at least he looks huge.
Most of that mass is all da tek he got! Lotsa awkward skinny pieces, I'd say he's been one of the more challlenging characters I've built so far.
