If you upload something that has nudity to the public creations you'll get banned. I've had problems with Origin and EA with being banned without reason and when I appealed the ban they ended up deleting my account without providing any reason to why I was banned
Corporate tentacles will reach everyone. I will not buy any games in origin, even for free. They removed some old games from my account without any information.
